- *For anyone new to my channel, my pc is too weak to screen record my DAW. It hardly operates without me trying to record my screen.*
This solo is from a track I am working on for a client that has/will be recording vocals for it. The “performance” and mix here are what was asked of me even though it’s a bit different from my usual sound.
Here’s what I’m using in this with some non affiliate links:

this time it's sounding so realistic. im loving it rn!
A big move I've started using is when there's a jump of 5+frets in length I trigger the slide note feature to either slide up to the next note or slide from the last note depending on the direction the playing is going. The manual slide is useful too but the little auto slide and the hand moving noise you can trigger are great. I noticed I slide a lot more than I though in my actual playing haha
sounds great, man!
Thank you!
soooooo awesome!!!
Thank you!
@@HollowHeart-Studio I binge watched your videos!
@Reapertips thank you! I'd like to do more of that style. They seem to just be the most time consuming but they're much better quality.
sick!
Thank you!
Your solo writing is so much better now!
Thank you!
i love this! how do you get the clean guitar sound for the solo? whenever i try to do higher notes it sounds too distorted
Thank you! I just make sure it's not clipping coming out of kontakt and most of the velocities are at 90 max.
