Although the B7C light is a great idea, the operation of the light controls needs serious improvements. A few suggestions: 1. Print the cryptic codes is LARGE, LEGIBLE text so people can read them if the manual isn't available. Who thinks tiny white type on a silver surface is easy to read?!? God help anyone who looses the manual! 2. Make the buttons easier to feel when the bulb is under a shade. The buttons are small and blend into the shape of the bulb, making them difficult to operate. 3. A USB charging option is needed, as that is much easier to manage than putting bulbs into Edison sockets. Just imagine how many of these will be left behind...
Just got one B7C but it doesn’t appear as device in the Bluetooth on iPhone. I reset the lamp’s Bluetooth twice already and nothing… any tips on how to make it work?
I swear I'm so dumb. I've been standing here for 30 minutes literally just trying to get figure out where the serial number is because I can't pair it with this app. Can someone please tell me where the serial number is on the b7c light box? Or is the app just not working?
I purchase my B7C about a year ago. I have used it once. I go to test it preparing for a shoot next weekend and it wasn't working. I charged for two hours and still it didn't come on. It was a little warm so I let it cool and then tried to turn it on and it still didn't come on. tried charging it again for 30 minutes. It's not working.I'm disappointed. Any advice or can I ship it and get it fix?
The app is terrible, this video totally skipped on how to use the app, add more lights, etc....I just purchased three of these...I’m about to throw these things against the wall!!
This sucks, I'm sitting here with the app open resetting the blue tooth & can't get anything to show up, all your videos act like it just shows up & works perfectly and you have no trouble shooting support, bad times
There should be at least an LED when charging and light is off. It's way too annoying to remember all this light replies when working under pressure. And why is the app not showing how much it is charged when it is AC powered. This is for me the biggest issue with the lamp.

@@pakitech3413 highly worth the price for the functionality and color accuracy. If you are a working cinematographer this is a pretty small investment. Sidus link functionality alone is worth the $700 imo. ✌🏽
It is the best light .... pricey thou .... and the charger case is surely overpriced. I own 8 B7c lights, but it "hurts my feelings" to buy the case. LOL So I guess I'll never buy it.
I understand this is a 7w bulb. Question is the lux output measured in the same way to a modern LED lightbulb? I hope it is not and it is actually more brighter while consuming less energy. Im wondering because my living room takes two 13.5W Philips LEDs so having just 7w each to me would be too dark

You can just buy a E26/27 socket with a cable attached, costs 4€ ...cheaper than a ubs c charger for your phone.... glad i could help. And if you buy a set of 8 b7c bulbs you can buy a kit where the case functions as a charging station for all of them
I wish there were more charging options. This requires a bunch of bulb outlets to charge. They need to add USB charging options.

Any dmx support? I bought some assuming so but now I'm stuck using blackout for all other lights and sidus just for practical ugh

Its great idea but its not at all durable, my battery died in very less time, it now works only on AC power. Is there any way to fix it or replace it?
