Beautiful Story, thank you very much, it makes me very curious to do so on my next way, i cold not ever imagine that the Baltic Sea can feel like an unexplored Sea with Caribic-vibes. Btw. I intend to buy a shipman 28 end of year, many thanks and hello from Berlin
I have been watching your vlogs. It's nice to watch a new channel. I am not a sailor but do enjoy watching people restore boats and sail them. I like the OE36 and will wait to see if you will record refitting it. I must admit I had to get out my atlas to see exactly where Estonia was. I knew its general location but now I am aware of your borders. I wish you good luch with our OE36. Jane, Philadelphia,(Conshohocken a suburb) USA
@@sailingsmalldreamingbig9022 I am looking forward to seeing this. I watched you examine the boat. It's profile looks beautiful. There is another sailing channel where they restored a 28' boat tat fell off a crane. Now they are restoring a 42 boat (I think), but the 28' boat called "Magic Carpet" they sailed for a couple of years. even from the Med to the north Sea inland route.
@@janeingram7331 I follow them, too. Sailing Magic Carpet is a really well made series and they are very nice couple doing what they love, sailing and restoring a classic boat

That's a long slog all upwind, good job! Looks like such a nice cruising ground in season.
We sail as much as possible and don't like to motor much

Thank you Jane! I'm working right now on a vlog how we sailed the OE36 from Sweden Estonia. I try to document the restoration as much as possible

I like your videos, but is it a characteristic of the northlands that folks wear a permanent scowl?.
We are mostly warm and caring people inside and sometimes we even smile ;)
