I use to work at Wendy’s! Lmao you’re right like the chicken patty’s and stuff are frozen but the beef is ACTUALLY never frozen. The beef is just refrigerated really well I guess? Also there’s like a limit to how long the pattys can be out so after that time limit is up they chop them up and set it aside for the chilli meat.

Coming back to say thanks! I went to jimmy johns tonight and asked about day old bread. I was really nervous but the employee seemed actually happy and convinced me to get an extra for free because they had a lot to throw away at the end of the night. If you’re nervous, just go at night
it being discontinued for 6 yrs and asking for it is a mood

The regular mcchicken used to be a dollar at my McDonald's but now it's 2$, quite the devastation.
It's still $1 at my McDonald's. We go there a lot for my daughter. I love the McDonald's app too so I can get large fries for $1.

I like to order a McChicken and add cheese, a cheeseburger and add tomato, take out one of the bottom buns, and mesh both sandwiches together. I call it a McBurgen. That sandwich costs close to $6 to order now. It used to cost around $4 at most.

I worked at Wendy's. All chicken products are frozen and fries and chilli products and cheese and tortillas, pretty much everything edible is frozen if it can be. The beef is kept at 34 degrees Fahrenheit, we called it "fresh almost frozen"

Right as you guys finished the Wendy’s segment, it cut to commercial and it was a Wendy’s ad throwing shade. The ad said “don’t buy things from influencers, buy a frosty instead.” I think Wendy’s throwing shade because you dissed her for being too expensive. LOL, I can’t believe that actually happened!🤣

I use to work at Wendy's when I was in high school. The beef patties are ordered/shipped in every other day. So I can say the beef is never frozen! Yes Dave is the founder, and Wendy's dad. The logo is modeled after a photo of her when she was younger!

For health reason you definitely shouldn’t do keto a basically all meat and cheese diet is awful .. your heath issues will worsen . A plant 🌱 diet is better for health
@@Rose-tm5kt I'm not actually keto, I only eat turkey and chicken and eggs, I get my fat from nuts and olives, flaxseeds etc. and sometimes goat cheese and I eat so many veggies, veggies most people dont ever eat, salads all day and I eat very clean. People would class me as keto because I eat virtually no sugar and very low carbs, nothing processed, no bread except the odd ezekiel bread. that's why I said basically keto because of the no sugar and low carb. It's working for me very well. But I know when people think of keto they think bacon and cream cheese and steak and that is not me at all haha. I'm a very odd brand of "keto"
I don't do keto but I have a sensitivity to white flour so I can't have much. The other day though I had been craving Wendy's and got a burger and because I stupidly went a head and ate the bread I was sick for a day and a half 😬

You guys should have gone to Arby's during their "happy hour" times. I forgot what time it was exactly, but I used to work there and during happy hour time all the sliders, Jr shakes, drinks, and some other items were $1. If I remember right, it's during a specific time but it's longer than just 1 literal hour.

Sonic is my fave place! I had a Sonic burger and tator tots over the weekend. I prefer the onion rings, but my brother was the one who brought it home.
They do only have hot n spicy in certain areas. I didn’t know that and I went to Tennessee to visit my grandparents. Ordered a hot nspicy at McDonald’s up there and they were like wtf are you talking about🤣

What I learned here is that even when they do offer a product at a low price they nearly always upcharge it to something similar but more pricey until you say something. Makes me wonder if everything really has doubled in price since last year or if they have been instructed to upsell everything and I am not getting what I asked for

I knew a bunch of people who worked at Dunkins, they actually assemble your meal when you order it, the location I grew up at usually only had 1 person to 2 people at a time so orders can take longer. But 100% would get their breakfast everytime!

You guys have great chemistry. That aside, you should have shown the Web site ad to them and forced McDonald's to give it to you for that price. Truth in advertising is the law. Hold them accountable! 1.79 is almost twice as much as advertised. When I was a kid in the '70's, A&W had ``coney day,'' and they were a quarter. Actually, I think it was 2/quarter.

I’m year late,but all McDonald’s and BKs have different prices at different locations. Mcd is small difference maybe .10,.20 cents. But BK is insane with differences,my mom likes their impossible burgers,the location next to job charges like 4$ something; yet, BK by my house is almost 9$ just for a sandwich(18 minute drive from each other)
Where i live fast food is so expensive. One of my friends worked at MCDs and she said a lot of food got wasted because the average worker couldn't afford a single burger.

I have a stigma against Burger King because when I was 4 I had to use the washroom and the ladies room was absolutely disgusting and there was an Elmo diaper on the ground. then I had to use the mens room and it was just as bad 😭🤢…plus the food is just no good and their mascot will always be terrifying
