One good tip to handle moral and dynamics that I've learned is spamming on the praise "for good conduct" button, at worst players do not react but seems to have no bad results if they do it will be positive and will help to gain more support from the team toward the manager / management, at least it has worked for me, when due to not winning matches making dynamics go downhill. Also it's best to do ambassador duties before going to a "team meeting" bc they will give you tips on what the team expects the talk to go about, otherwise things can go wrong rather quickly. Tactically I make one tactic, and then copy it with balanced and caution mentality, then make small changes from attacking roles toward more defensive roles to align with mentality or support when going to balance mentality. The issue I have is playing extended league in lower leagues of England and no money, a 20 k budget for scouting, and no real way to earn any money, friendlies and match cups generate zero or close to zero $, so cannot scout due to balance being close to 0 or near it, cannot send anyone to any course to improve, so i'm not sure how to get some money short of some cheat, which is not great as it takes away some of the challenge of the game.
Yes, would like to see you make a save where the club finances are insecure, your first transfer window is disabled, for a real challenge, and starting in lower leagues. Also a MLS save would be fun with all the added caveats with salary caps and restrictions to ensure no one club just stocks up full of stars and wins it all.
This save will be financially challenging. Need to invest on the infrastructure of the club as well as the players on the pitch. And not much money to play with at all. And semi-pro! Lots of financial challenges ahead. MLS just scares me with all of those rules 😂
Nice starting video. Tactic wise I would swap the midfield diamond into a box. The double pivot can offer good lateral protection for your wbs when they push up. And you get vertical protection when your strikers and am/cm pair drops into a midblock. Compact between the limes and lateral as well. If you don't have enough quality for attacking mid roles you could go for a 3 dm pivot also with runners to connect play
What I tend to do when I take over a club often causes unrest. I sell everyone over 26 and replace them with players under 23. Very much in a rip the bandaid off style, just fire sale. I want to start with the players I'll have long term, not deal with old, overpaid guys who will kick up a fuss because they heard a rumor that PSG or Man City was interested in them (and not the wonderkid everyone's been talking about).
Good work, I don’t care about FM25 being delayed if we get solid stories like this instead. Let’s get to know the squad and build some solid relationships with the players and staff!
@@TheManagersSeat I love long form content, I pretty much get bored with the channels that simulates 5-10 seasons in a video. So this makes me really excited!
@@andrewmclean1333 I’d even say positive, need to get bodies up top to score. Unless you are completely bullied in the back, then perhaps balanced. Cautious is only for having a good lead and 10 minutes left in the game to preserve energy.
i really like your video style, very chill vibe and in depth analysis!!
Thanks mate. Trying to keep it Sunday afternoon vibes, and chilled

Thanks for the comprehensive comment! Tactics are shifting - and maybe getting even worse 👀

They are fussy aren't they
Enjoyed this JD, FOOK Red Bull.
Friendlies where you can against minnows to get decent wins will really boost morale.
Good shout, need to find some minnows smaller than us!

Thanks Mat! This is going to be a long story, can’t see it being an easy route to European glory - which I love. Always better to be challenged

Prynhawn dda JD👋
Fantastic work 🏴
What about a mentality change to Balanced???
It’s on the list, scoring is becoming an issue so that may help
