- I built the Shrine of Resurrection from Zelda: Breath of the Wild in LEGO.
Hello, Fellow Mellows!
I'm on a mission to create Link's entire Breath of the Wild journey in a series of custom LEGO builds. This is the first video in the series.

@galaxygamer2220 I'm glad you like it! I use Blender for all of the 3D stuff. I also draw all of the pause menus and game update overlays in Inkscape and animate them in Adobe Animate. Once I have all of the clips, I compile them in Adobe Premiere Pro

Awesome design. Building it in real life with all those stickers would be a nightmare.
Most of them would most likely be prints if it was done officially, but I agree haha

Sweet! Nice to see your take on a build like this after our conversations about your thoughts on a lelda line of sets, maybe 2 years back! I absolutely love all the charm the loading screens slightly moving link figure and sticker sheet add to the presentation
Thanks! This series has been a long time in the making! This was definitely a tricky build, but I'm glad it turned out okay. I'm happy you noticed all the effort I put into the presentation. I hope it made the video fun.

This Has To Become An Actual Lego Set
All of your creation should be real, watching your videos just makes me happy with all of the creative ideas in your mind... And your animation, drawings are good! Keep it up..
This video is presented in such an incredible way
the upside down version of the plant like thing seems like a guardian world boss, as in like a stone talus. The Elite Ancient Guardian, with a beam so powerful that the only shields that withstand it are the Hylian, Guardian and Ancient shields.

You should make decayed ganondorf in the imprisonment chamber with link and Zelda walking up to him
That's in Tears of the Kingdom. I'm currently making the story of Breath of the Wild. Hopefully, I'll get to ToTK once I finish BotW

I don't know what's the most amazing between the build and the editing, but in any cases it's just fantastic, I would love an official set like taht (kinda sad that Lego refuse any Zelda set in Lego Ideas)

4:02 I think you should put a 1x1 round tile piece with the print of an actual seed, this way it would feel like there’s really a koror hidden there. And it would be cool to find if you actually got that seed in the game (it could also say in the instruction booklet why the seed is there)

That loading screen lasted exactly long enough that my the time I realized a video doesn't need a loading screen in the middle of it it was gone.

This is one of the coolest lego builds I've seen! Do you use a lego-specific 3d software for your animations or do you use something regular like blender?

Might just be me, but I would honestly use dark brown instead of grey for all the walls and everything, great build though!
I actually realized that after I finished the build. If you look closely, the Sheikah Slate is dark brown. I designed it after the build, but I didn't want to re-render all of the animations. The Sheikah Tech will definitely be dark brown going forward

in theory you could make this irl, just you would need to print out the stickers and if you want link you could miss-match lego minifig parts or make a custom one with a 3d printer

Thanks! I use Blender for the 3D LEGO shots. I design the models in LEGO Studio. I draw all of the pause menus, loading screens, and game overlays in Inkscape and animate them in Adobe Animate.
