When switched to sound effects lighting, the lights didn’t follow the music, more of a dim to slow bright effect, I’m saying this after just watching a young man show his simple version of LED to speaker lighting steps that actually followed every beat to the music played,(big difference). I’m just asking a curious question if you don’t mind.
We used a damping material. I don't recall which version but likely something like DD Audio's EA3.1 or Stinger's Roadkill Expert. Makes a huge difference.
The backs of some seats are hollow and thus don't need to be cut. Some are not hollow and need to be cut. Sorry, I don't recall what this particular model needed. We just do what the proper job requires.
