You have to give it some credit, at least it's not as outrageous as the other two Titanic movies, and it wasn't afraid to admit that some people did die on the ship.
Yes, as bad as this movie is, it’s actually the most underrated (albeit not extremely overhated in general, it can only be given credit where it’s due) movie of the early 2000s (1999-2004) Titanic trilogy by Mondo TV (one of the biggest guilty pleasures of an animation company whereas even though they will always be infamous for giving us these Titanic movies AND EVEN A TV SERIES BASED OFF OF TENTACOLINO (the worst of the worst) OF ALL MOVIES, everything else they made is… nowhere near as insufferable! Though it is very understandable why they didn’t get the light of day after being met with skepticism, THOSE DAMN TITANIC MOVIES).
The dog rap made me laugh, since it came right the hell outta nowhere. But do you know what really caught my eye? You could see some lyrics for the rap starting at 9:03 . The subtitles are in Chinese, but it's not just that. In 3:12, you can see the phrase "粤语". That means Cantonese Chinese, the dialect spoken in the Southern part of China, especially in Hong Kong (where I'm from). In 9:11 you can see the word "波士". These two characters make the sound "boss" when put together (although it's more like "Bawe-See", but don't make any sense in Chinese otherwise. This could mean that someone in Hong Kong (or around Guangdong Province) saw this movie, wanted to cash in on the Titanic craze like everyone else, and decided to at least provide Cantonese subtitles for this cartoon, then sell it in and around Hong Kong. These Italian cartoons travel further than I could ever anticipate. But you know what? I'm not totally surprised. When I was very young, I actually could remember that James Cameron's Titanic movie was the talk of the town (well, the apartment at least), so inferior Titanic-based media was probably not far behind. I actually remember a similar phenomenon when Disney's Mulan came out. My parents gifted me a Mulan animated movie by Henk Kreeftmeijer. It was.... not good.
you all probably dont care but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost my login password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
@Allen Braydon thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
And that as bad as this movie is, it’s actually the best movie of the early 2000s (1999-2004) Titanic trilogy by Mondo TV (likely the biggest guilty pleasure of an animation company whereas even though they will always be infamous for giving us THOSE movies AND EVEN A TV SERIES BASED OFF OF TENTACOLINO (the worst of the worst) OF ALL MOVIES, everything else they made is… actually deserving of more recognition! Though it is very understandable why they didn’t get the light of day after being met with skepticism, THOSE DAMN TITANIC MOVIES).
They didn't leave in the original Italian audio well maybe they did the the mice were singing in Spanish and also the First Officer in this movie is named Stockard or something like that he's not supposed to be Murdoch (although the Captain is modeled after and supposed to be captain Smith) And the scene you showed for how much of a bastard Stockard was could've of been a better one there's a scene where he throws another officer out of the way to get a place on the boat. But the scene you used was him being legit fearful that they could all tip over and die
16:19 actually, the conditions that night made it so the iceberg just appeared out of no where you see, the water was perfectly still, no waves, so the waves couldn't crash against the iceberg, making it harder to see the berg, and that they couldn't hear the crashing of waves at all, these conditions are considered once in a lifetime. Also, it was a moonless night, so the berg couldn't even be lit up by moonlight, in fact, then men in the crows nest, Frederick Fleet and Reginald Lee, they only saw some blackness that was different enough to distinguish itself against the dark horizon and ocean, they assumed wisely that it was an iceberg and reported it to bridge by calling and ringing the bell three times. Also, they could not see the berg if it was far away, even if it there were waves or a moon, since the Titanic just left the warm waters of the golf stream and entered the frigid cold waters of the Saint Lawrence current. This caused an affect called a cold-water mirage. This means that the people on the Titanic could not see things which they could normally see, they couldn't see, and instead they would see in it's place, things from even further away. So even though the people aboard the R.M.S. Titanic thought they had great visibility, they in actuality, had poor visibility that night.

Angelica's ginger sister is THIIIIIIIIICC. And this was just a ride to watch. A BOAT RIDE? EEEEEEEEEH??? But seriously what is this movie? It's not a COPY of Cameron's movie but you can still tell it was only made to cash in on the interest that movie caused, not so much on HISTORICAL things but just how many romance stories you can wring from it. Of the three 'famous' animated movies however, I find this to be the most entertaining because of how incompetent it is. The Mondo version, the first one that is, is really quite boring once you think about it. It's animated better and looks clearer but it drags on far too long than it should and the ending is even more stupid given they pulled the 'and no one died', though I still wonder if that was just a dub note rather than the original story having that in place. This however is so off the walls insane given it tries to add so many elements of comedy into this story. Here's the thing about this; you can have elements like that in stories that have some tragedy in them. Look at a lot of Bluth's better work and you'll see what I mean, in that at his best Bluth knew how to mix in darker elements in with moments that made us laugh. There's another factor that this is based on an ACTUAL TRAGEDY. Had it been something completely fictional then maybe, just maybe, a pass can be given for some of the more comedic moments but with this? Oh my god, it's like being forced to take acid and then your mind goes on downers once you remember what is actually happening. You suffer from so much whiplash. The movie also tries way too hard to get us to like Angelica and William. As they are, they're stock protagonist in a stock romance movie but for all the viewings I've had of this film, I found myself liking the evil stepmother and her daughters and Sam the detective more than anything else, if only because of how stupid they were compared to watching Angelica and William's wooden performances. That's something that to this day even as an adult bothers me so much about writing stories like this, in where the main characters are so boring yet everyone else around them, even characters we're supposed to hate, have so much more life to them and you'd rather watch them. Really though, this is a good movie to get drunk to and riff. As for the other dog with Fritz, he was being used by the chubby lady to 'tie up' possible suitors since she was trying to land rich men in hopes to marry them and get money. The Cruella De Vil rip-off ends up with her fake necklace before the ship sinks and the guy she eventually ends up with is a man who is also broke but they still fall in love and remain with each other.....and die on the ship, hence why the dog is with Fritz and Sam. NOICE.
I saw the review and I pretty much enjoyed it as it’s a good way to be back with a awful Titanic animated movie with the uncut version of it. I was laughing so hard when you made mention of my other request of Norm of the North 2&3. Your lucky to avoided for now since it’s not officially released yet especially on RasiorBlade’s review on that film got taken down two months later by copyright strike as you predicted but once it is out, get ready and may Neptune have mercy on your soul (Spongebob reference). Lol!😂 As if you thought the 1st Norm of the North film was bad, then the two sequels will make the first movie look like the Lion King and makes all of the Alpha and Omega sequels look like the Harry Potter films. (Multiple gasp reactions) Yeah I said it as the two are really that bad! Lol!😂
While it is interesting about the cut off considering the fact they just sliced off a lot of scenes that actually could fix the film a bit and help piece some together, I just wish they did a little more basic and not make it like MORE rip off/bootleg of the Titanic
At least this Titanic movie didn't have an unnecessary sequel that erased itself and its predecessor from existence.
Right. But hey at least it means legend of the titanic didn’t happen
I know this comment is five years old but there's a fucking TV SHOW
You have to give it some credit, at least it's not as outrageous as the other two Titanic movies, and it wasn't afraid to admit that some people did die on the ship.

It's strange how the uncut version of this movie is more coherent and somewhat enjoyable compared to the cut version released on DVD 🤔
I wouldn't say enjoyable but it is significantly better
And that as bad as this movie is, it’s actually the best movie of the early 2000s (1999-2004) Titanic trilogy by Mondo TV (likely the biggest guilty pleasure of an animation company whereas even though they will always be infamous for giving us THOSE movies AND EVEN A TV SERIES BASED OFF OF TENTACOLINO (the worst of the worst) OF ALL MOVIES, everything else they made is… actually deserving of more recognition! They made a sequel to Norm of the North unbelievable.
HOLY SHIT they made a sequel to Norm of The North?! My gawd!
9:05 Come back party time, all is forgiven
The uncut version is somewhat better but that’s not saying much
Which is like saying that Death Valley is somewhat cooler than the surface of the sun.
At least the legend goes on is the most accurate of the three animated titanic movies
The original version rap is way better. Its one of those rare cases where i would actually think of listening to it again.
Why did they even make a sequel to Norm of the North?
Because people are stupid
If you want a good movie about the Titanic, I recommend the 1997 James Cameron movie.
Somethings never ever change

And at the end this movie even breaks the fourth wall for some reason. So are the characters aware that they're in a movie?
All the animated Titanic movies are so beyond awful, the fact they use the most famous maritime disater as a backdrop just adds to their weirdness
It's Party Time...
When did Media Hunter review Simba the King Lion?
What the-since when did "Norm of the North" get a sequel?!
This movie also rips of Sherlock Holmes (the detective), Azrael the Cat (the orange cat) and Granny from the Looney Tunes (Angelica's mother).
Um...I didn’t get a stroke or something did I? Did I see a Norm of the North sequel?
Yes, you did see Norm Of The North, considered one of the worst films of all time, got a sequel. I'm just shocked as you are.
Can you do Dino King?
Trust me this version is way better than that shit movie.
Mama Bear unfortunately no
Hey could you possibly do a review on Strange Magic if you can find the time for it?
