Seriously, Pat, you are the only youtuber who posts about leadership that is LEGIT! Everyone else sugar coats or just Says nice things but you get down to the root of things. I love it, thankyou. Today’s episode was fantastic!
I have been watching your videos for several months now. Particularly when I had the the lowest low several months ago, your videos gave me a lot of motivation to keep on working, crushing it with the phone, doing product dev and most importantly, I understood that to become a truly successful entrepreneur, I need to go through mental and emotional breakdowns. Last month, I made 11.000 euro at 21 years old. I owe you a lot, Patrick. Thank you.
When you said " does your number reflect it, how you worked today, last week reflect it" .. This is the reason I see your videos on REPEAT. They remind me to work work work and reflect.
When people say that I'm determined, I thank them, but to be honest, I rather use the word hungry.. I'm hungry for success, I'm never satisfied. It's my natural instinct to make it happen, it's survival of the fittest.
True words sir... U literally change my mentality about leadership in just 22minutes thanx Alot sir fr Amazing knowledge... I Wll implement in my wrk...
Patrick, this is one of your most insightful videos! Thanks, Brother, for putting so much of your thoughtful study into such a clear, high impact message.
Hey pat that you so much for bringing all of this value to so many people all for free! I appreciate it and believe the 300 000 others do as well. Keep it up
Wow! I have to agree. Anyone I have looked up to as a Super Boss has always had some type of moral authority, incredible ideas they envisioned and made happen, plus most importantly kept their word. When they keep their word you trust them to lead you. The rest of your list definitely applies to Super Bosses. Two thumbs way up PBD!
I like the way that you present ideas that you had before. I like the way that you start with a conclusion, so everyone knows what they should be focusing on, and then you start from the moment prior to having the idea, to give context, then build on that context by providing a variety of examples, asking a question to reorient the listener, and then draw a conclusion in an easy to follow linear way. I almost always enjoy your content.
This should be a book. As you mentioned, there are so many books on leadership style, but fewer about the commonalities. I'm extremely intrigued and excited to study these 7 characteristics further and grade myself on each!
I like it very true, having been in the military for 20yrs I saw all those traits in people around me. You shed some light onto why some of us make it to the top and why some of us don't.
Thank you again Patrick for taking time out to share wisdom with all of us up and coming entrepreneurs and visionaries... I took much heed to everything you said here and will be self-evaluating myself more... Many blessings my friend...
I think its also important to note that there is a difference between "The Big Thinker" and "The Critic"... The big thinker is a visionary, they think out of the box and come up with ways you can venture out in different markets and expand your business and they bring original, fresh ideas into the team. The critic can be a big thinker, but they don't necessarily talk about expanding or bringing something new, they more so focus on pointing out flaws in your operation, that most likely you already knew about. "Why are these not labelled?" "This process is redundant". I always try and embrace the ideas of the big thinker and ask them, "okay, love your idea, How do you think we can get there?" and I work with them. As for the critic, my reply is "Yes, that is an issue. Why don't you take on this task?" The lazy critic will always back down from the task, where the positive critic will take the task on, and fix what he feels can be done better.
so Patrick, you asked the question: wherever you are, which one of your friends thinks the biggest and also wants it the most? where i work, there are none. in my family, there are none. among my friends and associates, there is one. but in reality, i have to say that i am one also. And I'm working my butt off to make it happen.
Thank you Valuetainment Team , exited to adapt them and recreate myself. Meanwhile listened to 19 Qualities of a Great CIO episode literally over 30 times. p.s 10 mins in it and it's pure gold... Every 10 secs or so, advice that can help for the rest of ones life, and it's like waterfall , non stop :D 13:58 it's like goal setter + visionary in some way
he is started to getting back into shape again. seems like he took some of my advices as i did hims. good job patrick you will be in best form in no time ;)
What are your thoughts on marijuana? On drugs? People say weed isn't addictive but I can't stop thinking about it. How can I get rid of an unhealthy habit/addiction?
Bro I used to smoke every damn day. Now I'm tooo busy self educating and gathering capital to start my business... If you focus on your goals, you won't even have time to call your weed man and roll up lol trust me theres toooo much for us to learn right now.
you're right bro. I think its just the fear of losing everything that is connected with my habit... like most, if not all, my friends smoke. Giving up weed would mean not hanging out with my boys anymore. All i will have is myself. Not that there is anything wrong with being by yourself, you just have that feeling of being left out of everything
Only 7500views!!! That is probably because 3% of the people are educating themselves, the rest 97% are watching Conor McGregor. Thanks Patrick great video!!!
QUA OF GOOD BOSS Earn more authority,,by earning first others don't have,,,,know how to make decisions,,,don't make people happy,,,, think bigger,,,,want it more (determined),, they keep their word. Thanks my mentor
Thanks Pat I love you videos. You are a very smart individual. I admire your drive. You are a motivating speaker. I have already kind of started trying to make my own business but haven't really devoted myself and done all these steps that's why I haven't succeeded. I'm going back to work at a job tomorrow for another shop. And I am going to except this challenge and work 80 hours a week for 1 or 2 years save as much money as I can and follow your advice. Thank you Pat
Such valuable content, so much that I have dropped out of University to grow my business and begin the journey! Thanks Pat as always, Please come to Australia! :D
Hi Pat, can you make a video on how to pitch your (physical) product to distributors? In my case it's wine that I want to sell in a specific country. Thank you for all the great content.
Patric bet david I have an idea at the end of every episode you can recommend a book on. That episode and second is that you can on every Friday upload an episode on any book you want tis will let the others who do not like to read the books can read the books
Trance Kowhai bro it's not about the laziness to read but it's for those who are in their teen lyk 13 14 who cannot get those books because their parents are against them being an entrepreneurs
gawri kondaskar I'm releasing a video every week on Friday. It's a video series I'm calling "Book of the week" and I'll be informing people about the books I read every day and break them down. I saw your comment and it reminded me about the series but thought I should share. Hope you have a great day!
Dear Patrick! I am from Uzbekistan, and I love your videos, the ideas you share and the inspiration you give to all of us. I have recently started watching your videos, and I must say, you are really, really good. I wanted to ask something, is it possible to raise money for your business in other countries. For example, you live in country A, but you have a great idea that might be successful in country B. Would it still be possible to raise money in country B, without visiting that country. Would be great if you could help. Thanks beforehand.
What kind of leader do you see yourself as when you look at all those titles from the books you’ve read? What about your leadership members: Sapaulas, Gaytans, Vargases, etc?
Hey pat I truly love your content, I want to start a business for myself and I don't know how to start or where to begin, I'm thinking of creating a product that's not yet existed before and let that product be dominant in the market any advice on this love to hear from u Daniel
Hey Pat, I was watching your channel for more then a year and I was thinking I m well informed. But I totally missed bitcoin oportunity. Why you never had a cryptocurency topic until now?!
Just starting my own business.. I am so conflicted, because I am alle of the above.... The only thing I am thinking of is hat I want to make a difference and that I want to secure my family... At one hand I want to tell my partners and employes what I want, when I want it, but also I want to listen to their oppinion, becuase they might know more than me on their subjects... I think of myself, that I am multi-personal person, but one thing that matters most to me, is honesty and sense of reality... The one big problem I have is that I am too kind and acceptent, and when I am looking for partners and sponsors, I take no for an answer too fast... Any tips on how to get more "Sharky" ?
Is it me or is he insanely driven and even more inspiring

I'm all about John Maxwell's leadership. I highly recommend it for anyone who aspires to influence and lead others to their highest potential.
If I am not mistaken, this has to be the first episode in Valuetainment history in which Patrick has cussed, even if he was using an anecdote.
This should be a book. As you mentioned, there are so many books on leadership style, but fewer about the commonalities. I'm extremely intrigued and excited to study these 7 characteristics further and grade myself on each!

Yes, Moral authority, is what i want! I'm working towards obtaining more experience in certain areas of my life to be a boss!
