I don't have Changli so I wasn't able to provide any info regarding Zhezhi's Synergy with her. I want the information I provide to be from my own experience so you'll have to forgive me on that part. Those are my thoughts on Zhezhi and everything I have learnt so far. I will post more Tower and hologram videos on her very soon. Let me know if I missed anything.
Changli is so easy to play with. I missed out on Jinshi because of work. I didn’t have time to grind as much as I’m a f2p. Definitely will pull for her once her banner comes back. The whole dragon concept is amazing.
It’s been a while but I did this vid to showcase the damage that Lingyang can do with Verina+ Zhe Zhi th-cam.com/video/pYGqT9nbaBI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YPgR4OiQ5Xd9BaEA
Zhezhi and Changli is a solid duo. While I think Encore is a better teammate for her, Zhezhi and Changli can rotate very smoothly with each other (they're both really really good at doing split rotations) and partially use their respective outro buffs. I'd put her right in between Sanhua/Chixia and Encore in terms of teammates !
omg these are literally my exact thoughts as I debate internally over Zhezhi. Basically, if the Shorekeeper weapon is also nice then Zhezhi is completely off the menu. Hopefully we get more info on 1.3 before Zhezhi banner done.
I was going to save the gacha ammunition for the shorekeeper. But this temptation couldn't resist pressing the gacha button to make Zhezhi come back to my arms.
1- ZheZhi enables many teams "thats more gameplay for you" 2- she has great concerto recovery 3- built in supporting goodies "energy recovery, galcio buff, skill damage buff" 4- strong off field sub dps damage Amazing to have, but is she a must pull? The truth is, no character is a must except arguably Verena and jinhshi because of how easy they make the game.
@@dvornikovalexei lol, you are so biased. so if i can finish all content with Cixia S0R1 and make the game easy. is it a big no? what character you use? you use yuanwu or aalto solo everything? if you want to upgrade difficulty just use lv.1 character with 1HP. many people already doing that. if you cant, you're not qualified yet to say "this game is easy with jinhsi blablabla..."
i would say you are 99% percent right .- first of you should pull what brings you joy no matter the meta. however.... most players i guess are F2P and F2P means you get a new 5 Star with the weapon approximatly every 2 patches if you loose the 50/50 - this is of course boosted at the moment from the generous start and the huge amount of resources you get by completing the story and achievements and all the other one time stuff. But in general you can pull 1 out of every 4 characters that get released IF they continue to bring 2 characters each patch (seems like reruns are about to start with 1.3). One of the biggest asterites income is currently and most likely will be the tower. So beating the tower as F2P is really important. And since the last patch the tower gets harder and harder to complete without specific units - Scar for example is simply not beatable with jhinsi or Danjin or Havoc rover at the moment, So the chars most F2P players have. This is by design. BUT you get a free 5 star electro character that is buffed in the tower currently. So The meta call is to pull for the weapon and not the current sub DPS since she will most likely not help with the tower as much (jinshi teams do not "need" her, Havoc do not need her and the perfect character that she supports is not yet released. So by pulling for her unless you have invested in the glacio dps, means a lot of lost asterites for some accounts. Thats at least the sad reality if you are F2P. F2P often means you do not have the luxury to pull what you want but need to pull what you need for tower. And the devs will be clever enough to not let you keep soloing that stuff with havoc rover and Danjin (unless you have insane echoes). But yes in your situation, she fits your roster and if she allows to clear tower better thats 100% the right call because she is very strong. But if you are F2P and only have 16k Asterites for one pity, then this might be better spend on the next weapon banner since if you loose the 50/50 you effectively do not gain anything that helps you right now
just going to say that this is a bad take. tower gives you x700 asetrites which is worth less than 5 pulls in total. pulling strong characters/weapons just to get 5 pulls is not a worthwhile tradeoff. even if you consider yourself being able to clear future towers, it's still not a worthwhile tradeoff because everytime you pull a 5 star for meta reasons you'll be losing around an average of 65 pulls at least. to make that back up is basically 13 towers being 30 crests.
@@mustangroy5012 Yeah tower is not the world in asterites but its the only income that is actively gated behind player power. and we are talking 4 towers per patch so 2800 of them. of course you can clear at least 6 stages with bad characters at least. BUT since this is the only content in the game that gives you rewards for the characters you have, there is almost no other reason to pull for characters other than that IF you are F2P - of course you can pull every 2 patches for one character you like the playstyle of, but there is nothing to play with said character then - If you are not F2P you just pull meta and all the other characters you like and loose nothing - as F2P you loose something if you just pull for what you like in a situation where you cannot clear tower. And since gacha games are usually an arms race between the developer increasing difficulty to make you pull and F2P resisting to spend you are still way better of pulling for meta (or your Account Meta like described in the video) IF you want to min max. IF you are in the game just for story and exploration, pull what you want since that requires no power at all and can be cleared with every character
Bet thing about Zhezhi is the aerial set up you can keep fighting from above and they never hit you. I love gunner characters ans I'm betting they'll release an atack speed support so they'll be even better for Zhezhi
This entire video is about meta gaming. Units with the highest potential doesn't always mean they are seen as meta for the reasons you specify, no need to walk around it.
Yup I absolutely agree that some of meta character in this game especially the limited one is make everything became too easy and have absurb magical mechanism just like playing as a god/goddes with his super power in the game, in other side this game have complexs battle mechanism which is very good experience while using physical abillity like dodge/parry/counter/etc which is so good to enjoy
My favorite thing about this game, especially coming from honkai impact 3rd, is that the meta in this game truly doesn't matter. The characters always work together somehow, I use whoever I want for whatever activity I decide to do. Sometimes use "meta" sometimes use things people would side eye me for but I have fun and I clear things with it. It's the best thing about WuWa
Legit. Meta doesn't matter much. You can clear the tower with Chixia unless you're againts fusion res enemy. And I am rediscovering my love for Jianxin ever since I found out about her Resonance Skill swap lock tech.
I was going to save the gacha ammunition for the shorekeeper. But this temptation couldn't resist pressing the gacha button to make Zhezhi come back to my arms.
Provides 25% skill buff. Builds concerto energy efficiently. Does not take a lot of field time. Does coordinated attacks with high uptime to battery Jinhsi’s forte. Does good sub-dps damage. Batteries Ult. She does everything for jinhsi except for glacio damage buff which makes her a good lingyang support and other current or future skill damage based characters. She’s in a good state and is actually flexible and future proof. To me, she’s the versatile character done properly without feeling jack of all trades master of none. She clearly is a master support, but is versatile enough to not be too niche.
Took a while till the cold got you, eh? :D Hope you get better soon, and great video. Want to highlight a few things, as well as commend your effort on this video: 1. 3:18 I cannot thank you enough for this small part in your speech. For three months of this game's lifespan after 1.0, people was too obsessed with "If I cannot get the specific outro on my specific main character, it's gonna be BADDDD". Yes, the outro amplify buff is very very good as it is the final damage multiplier, but the most important part in any team building for WuWa in general, is kit synergy. Look first what a character can provide you and trust me, you can even determine 60-70% of a character's worth even before reading any guide or look at Prydwen's damage pie chart. 2. Although damage number is main factor in calculating the so called "META" in any game (especially more so in Gacha, because everything is time gated and you need to know how to pour your resources), what you should also consider, ESPECIALLY IN WUWA, is how a character enable you, yes.... YOU specifically, to play better. As much as I love spreadsheet and calculation, WuWa is different than a turn based gacha like FGO or Star Rail that numbers and knowledge is not 100% of your success. Your skill as a player also contributes. Choosing a character that enable you and your skill level to do well will definitely let you conquer all the endgame content in this game. This is also why character like Jinhsi and Jiyan (with easy-to-understand kit) exist along side Calcharo, Changli, and Encore (with slightly more complicated kit to optimize). In addition, Kuro also designed the difficulty in which 4-stars can still topple the challenges, so don't be afraid to stick with who you are comfortable with. 3. Continue from 2., this is also why I was quite baffled to see so many "Zhezhi performance mid" takes on the first few days, while the versatility of her kit screams otherwise. The only thing I did not know before her release was how fast could she gain her concerto and do combo, then a 5 minute test in game from the banner confirms her excellence. You have good outro buff for 2 variants of DPS (or in case of Lingyang, you got to enjoy both variants), constant coordinated attacks that are dirt easy to pull off, solid damage on field with Creation's Zenith combo, and a battery on top when sending outro? A character that combines Sanhua, Yangyang, and Yinlin in one package (with slightly better or worse output) is mid? really, people? 4. Do be aware for a few of people using Zhezhi with Cosmic Ripples trying to do the fast rotation mentioned in this video. To have Cosmic Ripples able to roughly keeps up with Stringmaster and Rime-draped, basic attack combo strings are still needed. You will lose a lot of dmg bonus from the weapon without weaving some basic attacks in between the combo, making her rotation quite inconvenient compared to Stringmaster and Rime-draped.
For real tho, some people just saying she is trash without even playing her. I remember arguing with someone saying Jinhsi with Yinlin and Jinhsi with Changli gonna do more damage than Jinhsi with Zhezhi which doesn't make sense in my opinion. And some people says instead of pulling for Zhezhi it's better to use Taoqi and Yuanwu which in my opinion they never even test it to realize how clunky it is to fill up Taoqi's concerto.
Most banner support characters like Zhezhi and Yinlin will be solid cornerstone to every account, also strong supports tend to elevate "weak" characters to usable or close to niche meta performance. Only time will tell but, at the current state of the game Zhezhi and Yinlin feels like genshin impact's Yelan at best or Shenhe at worst.
I love that my two favorite characters work so well together (Zhezhi and Ling Yang) I want to get at least s4 Zhezhi on her rerun and hopefully s6 in the future (I have s1r1 right now) this way I can play two characters I love together and monsters will be scared of me I subbed you!! Amazing content
I have every char and their weapon. S0R1 enjoying every character. They have all been fun. It is more of a culmination of kits that really does it for me rather than one character being fun. They combine to be very fun. The switching in and out is really fun and cool.
She's amazing with Jiyan, (tried her with him in the previous alloy smelt) and holy hell Jiyan was using ultimates almost every time he's on field😂 She's stacked tbh
the guy who compared Zhezhi to Samhua doesn't know the ton of damage and quality of life Zhezhi's gameplay has to offer besides the fact that Zhezhi's teleport saves a lot to escape attacks in addition to causing a lot of damage and buffing the team
I disagree with the damage. She offers a bigger burst but the longer rotation dilutes that damage overtime. Yes she makes fights easier. Easier=/=better for LingYang. I'm trying to boost Lingyang, not trying to make the gameplay easier than it is right now.
@@Rekedx I beg to differ regarding burst damage, as I have posted in another comment here. (Well, if you have S6 Sanhua, then technically her burst will be 'greater', while disregarding all of Zhezhi's off-field damage). For many players, easier = more dps can be done, but this would be a very subjective argument that is hard to reach conclusion.
@@HeliumHe In your comment you are comparing sanhua and zezhi's personal damage. I'm talking about the damage she offers to LingYang while he is doing his rotation which includes zezhi's off field damage. So if you take the hp of boss when Lingyang start his combo with zezhi or sanhua you will see during the rotation, boss will lose more hp in a zezhi team(compared to non s6 sanhua. Mine is s3). But this damage gets diluted overtime because of longer rotation so sanhua will still come on top.
Just for fun, as I have seen people wonder how much of a difference there is between Zhezhi and Sanhua "damage wise" (Minus everything that made her "better or comfier choice than Sanhua"). *Disclaimer* I love Sanhua a lot, and I also love Zhezhi a lot too. I even have a team with them being Duo-DPS. Still, I need to be impartial. BURST COMPARISON TIME!!: 1. Both S0, lv90 all talent max, Weapon: Rime-Draped lv90/Emerald of Genesis lv90. Echoes: 43311 Glacio Crit rate/Gla/Gla/Atk/Atk all has Crit rate/Crit dam/Atk% min roll. 2. All damage shown in average (factoring crit and non crit) 2. Zhezhi doing intro -> Manifestation -> Stroke of Genius x2 -> Creation's Zenith -> Liberation -> Leave (Roughly 4-5 seconds) 3. Sanhua doing intro -> Eternal Frost -> Liberation -> Detonate all -> Leave (Roughly 2-3 seconds) Zhezhi = 12063 + 13511 + 14749 + 17043 + 20954 = 78,320 (+Liberation damage: 4048 x 21 = 85,008 off-field damage) Sanhua = 5329 + 15489 + 31839 + 13475 + 5034 + 2877 + 2158 = 76201 Remarks: 1) For additional fun fact, if you are a lucky individual with Sanhua S6, your total will be 95,903. 2) If you liberation first with Zhezhi like this video taught you, we can add 4 weaker ticks of liberation coordinate attack to the total of 92,320.
@@HeliumHe Nice breakdown. Damage Aside, I suggest you add comfort of playstyle and better support utility. Zhezhi can help characters with energy issues and buff their skill damage while dealing decent damage simultaneously. I really appreciate your comments in my videos. I’ve been keeping a close eye on your comments😄
@@itssenpai626 Oh, comfort and utility is already a given with Zhezhi, especially the instant energy regen. I just want to highlight the damage aspect as quite a number of people might thought that Sanhua has bigger damage per rotation, period. Which, when counting the coordinated attacks at same condition (both S0, same echo), the result shows otherwise. I have not tried this last night, but if we change the cost4 to crit damage and let Zhezhi have Stringmaster, the difference on Burst on-field damage might be even higher in favor of Zhezhi, as the Rime-draped is a backloaded buff (slower ramp-up, deal more coordinated damage) while Stringmaster will quickly ramp burst on field damage right after Manifestation. Again, even with this, player agency will also take precedence. Theoretical number requires perfect play, and the closer one can execute to the perfect rotation, the better result will be. Those who perfected Sanhua (especially the weaving basic attack5 from quickswap, which Sadly I cannot reliably do yet) will yield better result while working on their tech with Zhezhi. The only part I cannot reliably test with numbers is performance of buffs these two has on Lingyang, as I sadly did not have him and am not comfortable enough to calculate for Characters that I don't understand enough (Not sure if lucky or not that he hasn't spook me yet, all my spooks were Encore lol). Therefore, I will trust you and Lingyang mains on that front.
As a Lingyang Main, i noticed the amount of damage she does after building her, her damage is really really high compared to Sanhua, however the on-field time consumed by Zhezhi could mean you end up doing a scuffed rotation when the time is around 3:20~3:30 on ToA runs, which could lead in a -1 rotation, however, the damage she offers is a great cover for this issue, which with Sanhua you can always do the rotations quickly and guarantee that +1 rotation before 3 minutes. I personally don't think she's a really high difference that makes her a must have if your goal is to use Lingyang, since the damage dealt by him is really spread, meaning there's not really a single thing it should be focused to be buffed (BA vs Skill), the damage basic attack offers is noticeably high, while the skill damage doesn't come from the skill itself, but the passive. The catch i don't know is if the passive damage counts as Skill damage, which is something to be noted (At the end, buffing both is good, but glacio damage buffs is the priority, sinceit also buffs the outro and liberation damage, which is roughly 100k together for my lingyang). At the end, i think Zhezhi just makes the gameplay smoother due to having more raw damage, meaning that you're able to dodge boss patterns without losing a large amount of your DPS, which for a Sanhua pair it would be very significant, which the +1 rotation (if possible) makes her not far behind. (Zhezhi is alsoreally good against mobile targets, meaning it's easier to get a good run, +1 point for not going through frustration XD) As conclusion, Zhezhi is a great character, but not necessary for a Lingyang Team, pull what you prefer 😸🐾💕

Also got an early Jinshi at 40 while pulling for 4* copies 😅. I absolutely don’t like how she plays but currently I don’t regret her because I’m still able to get anything I want.
@@itssenpai626 Yes she still the the strongest character in game yet so definitely not bad to have. Just enjoy a more complicated swap heavy style more and it can be quite a pain to build an addiction character because of how much resources they need. Probably could have regretted her if I had lost my 50/50 on Chanli because I had only one and a half pity worth in astrite left.
Totally agree with ignoring the meta, you should build your account based on what interests you the most. My priority for example is to be able to try different combinations with my characters, which is why I've been investing my pulls in characters like Yinlin, Changli, Zhezhi, and will go for Shorekeeper next, instead of going for DPSs, because supports and sub-dps characters will be the backbone of your teams and having a wide variety will help you mix and match....without mentioning that characters like Changli and Zhezhi give you a TON of flexibility and can be played as main DPS too in the right team. Also, I think one very valuable thing you could do is to invest and build on the three base 4star characters that work as universal buffers for each damage "type", which would be Sanhua, Mortefi and Taoqi, yes, they only give buffs of one single type (respectively basic attack, heavy attack, and resonance skill), but those buffs are universal, and in that type, they are higher than the buffs given by characters with multiple buffs, so you can easily slot them in to fill a support role for a DPS with a specific main kind of damage. For example, my best main DPS at the moment would be Changli, which predominantly deals Skill damage, Zhezhi works great with her because she buffs her skill damage (by 24%) and has coordinated attacks, but I'm currently missing a third team on the tower, so I'm probably going to use a glacio team with her as a main DPS and Sanhua as a sub dps when she's fully built....but what happens to Changli and her team? no big deal, I can just slot in Taoqi, who doesn't have coordinated attacks, but can buff skill damage even BETTER than Zhezhi (by 38% instead of 24), so you have a TON of flexibility available to mix and match and experiment with different characters if you have those 3 built in your account.
I got her + her weapon and regret it after hearing about Shorekeeper but, after building Zhezhi I really love her play style and she's a great sub dps and support for Jinshi.
Zhezhi I think does better as Main DPS. While also works very well as sub-DPS. Also, unlike many other think, her rotation is very flexible. missing a combo!? no problem, it's easy to adjust her full combo. Just be aware which attacks can create the crane mark. And know that players can start her full combo even without full forte.
zhezhi is for me now my absolute favorite unit. i pulled her as jinhsi support instead she secured a permanent spot in my main party! i even was able to 3 crest scar using her as main dps with sanhua and verina and zhezhi was on moonlith cloud set since i didnt farm glacio set. yeah best decision ever!
Look, people will say "this character is sooo good" or "this character is a must pull because this character is the new meta" but i say do what you like, not every character is a must pull even if it is, you also may want another character in the 2nd phase or the next update thats why your skipping the character and that fine everyone has they're reasons to pull for a character. For me i'll be skipping zhezi for xiangli yaos weapon and shorekeeper and if i want zhezi theres always her rerun (yes i know waiting for a character to get a rerun is very long but in the next update theres rumors where everyone thinks we'll get a rerun of jiyan or yinlin so maybe a little bit shorter then expected?) its a gacha game and it will have a rerun for a character, the game is still very new and the character you want will probably get a rerun sooner then later just remember that
You forgot to mention that even though most of her abilities are considered basic attack dmg, she can't renew the Freezing frost's 5 piece sonata effect while off field so you need to quick swap just to renew those stacks
@@RizzLord95 yeah. She’s so good at cleaning up the mob bosses in the hazard zone of the tower which saves Jinshi’s big damage for the main boss. Glad you’re having fun with her.
i dont understand people who say the regret pulling her coz as im building her, she's taken my jinshi's damage from 100k-120k to doing anywhere between 160k-200k but then again i am a maniac who pulled zhezhi coz i think she's cute and have spent hours building up my S0R1 jinshi because DRAAGAOONN!!!!!!!
I never cared about meta especially for early stages I pulled her for her design and play style I play genshin so she reminds me of Sucrose and Xianyun mixed together plus I started playing last version and got Changli and her weapon so I don’t have that many main DPS for harder fights
I think the enemies and bosses in this game is not optimized for those OP characters such as Jinhsi, zhezhi etc ... They are just too OP and make the bosses too easy. They need to drastically improve the AI behind the enemies and bosses in a way that the enemy is gonna adapt its fighting distance, attack rate, attack used, mobility etc... to counter not only the character the player is using but also to counter the player's character loop.
i pull for jiggles, yes i wasted everything and left with 6 astrite after losing 50/50. but as f2p, i pull for what character i enjoy to use. the banner will be rerun again so no need to be panic, im talking to you shorekeeper. (camellya is waiting)
Im a simple man, after about 4 of the in game interactions with her i was sold, used my guarantee on her and got her early, pulled for the weapon and got it early too, now im sitting on 41 pulls and saving for shorekeeper.
My C0R1 Zhezhi E skill 21k each = (63k) + Liber 6500 each *21. so her damage for each rotation is around 200k almost same as C0R1 Jinhsi dragon damage. so, for me I'm pretty sure she is a must pull.
Tho I’m late to this, welp…. I lost zhezhi to encore(which is ok) yet now I can’t do anything,so ima wait for shorekeeper ig,hopefully she’s good or something
I pulled Zhezhi because she is so incredibly hot. For me other characters(not just in WuWa) don't stand a chance against her in this case. I like her mechanics, obv animations and have Jinshi on top. Kinda sad she isnt optimal subdps for Encore. Thinking about building her as main damage dealer later on, because somehow I being bored with too much Jinshi gameplay and come back to Encore... Yeah, pulled for 2 perfectly sinergised limited charasters just to keep playing Encore-Verina-Sanhua at the end 😅
This was a good video. But I don't really agree that Meta in Wuwa is not important. Meta in gacha games is important because the resources are very limited. The replayable 'endgame content' in Wuwa's case, the TOA, gives us a lots of resources (credits, pulls, etc). But we won't be able to get those resources if we don't have good teams, and can't finish ToA. Not to mention that because the scarcity of the resources, we can't afford to build every character (the average f2p, low spender) You can for ex build Lingyang, Jiyan, and Yuanwu, put them in a team. But good luck playing that team outside of the open world. What I usually do is I build the 'meta' teams to be able to clear endgame, and then I will start building characters I like/want to play.
@@pepita2437 Good points but you forgot to mention that not everyone plays the TOA though. I had the same thought but from the comments I get, it seems only a small number of the player base actually play the Hazard zone
@@itssenpai626 in my opinion those people need to change their mindset. because the rewards are to good to pass on... not only the astrites. the shop gives alot of weapon exp, char exp and echo exp which saves tons of stamina. they can at least clear 3 floors on both sides and get by with 21 crest each reset. by the time 1.3 arrives i prob can max shorekeeper with her weapon without grinding any exp mats. i just grind them if there are double reward event. after u have few lvl 90 (4 in my case) u gonna notice the resource scarcity heavily and now im starting to stockpile stuff in attendance of shorekeeper ;D
@@UnknowinglyRL I think Shorekeeper might be a healer so You can pull her so that you can get another healer in addition to verina if you often play the tower of adversity
I had 10 free pulls and figured I’ll just use them to get a 4* dupe and put 10 more pity on limited banner and accidentally pulled her lol. Did the same on the weapon banner and got her sig weapon so looks I have no choice but to build her
Legit question, is Zhezhi good for Calcharo? I know Xiangli Yao is his powercreep but I have build Calcharo already and I love Sephiroth bootleg sooo 💀
@@G0m3rion she’s good with him but it demands a bit of skill because you need to do quick swaps. So basically what you do is place all three of zhezhi’s imprints before you activate calcharo’s liberation then swap to zhezhi everytime you do a death messenger
I think Zhezhi is overall better than Yinlin meta-wise. Zhezhi: [5/5] • RL Regen [+1] • RS Amplify [+1] • Glacio Amplify [+1] • Easier to Play [+1] • Better with Single Opponents [+1] Yinlin: [4/5] • RL Amplify [+1] • Electro Amplify [+1] • Harder to Play [-1] • Faster to Play [+2] • More damage to Crowds [+1]
Not harder to play. It is harder to optimize and that is a pro for many people. It shouldnt even be considered a downside. Yinlin also has a shorter rotation which is a huge plus.
@@hentikirby7142 Harder to play/optimize, same thing. Sure, some people may find someone being harder to play more fun, but much more people prefer a character to be easier to play. Being harder to play would also give you a higher chance of failing something through the rotation. As for the Rotation speed: You didn't even notice the Faster to Play points for Yinlin. Faster to Play = 2 points Faster Rotation and Quickswap
@@Jayuki harder to play isnt the same as harder to optimize. Example: u do the rotation and then put the off-field damage on, but u gotta use sup rotation to add more damage to the team, but it cuts into the mark's timer. With Zhezhi u just set and forget. If more people prefer easier to play, then they wouldnt be playing wuwa. Being on a shorter rotation have less chances to fail since it is usually less button counts. Faster to play doesnt mean faster rotation. Faster in terms of faster to get the right stats for. Faster to learn, faster as in less button prompt. Faster as in the animation being faster. Did you also count the more damage yinlin has as well?
Brother, I have made a comparison between Lingyang-zezhi vs Lingyang-sanhua s3. Zezhi came at 3:44 on the clock for ToA heron kill and Sanhua s3 came at 3:49 which is 5 seconds faster. My zezhi is almost fully built with Signature weapon, 336% crit damage, 1950 atk, 68% cr (both of them are using the same echoes). The only thing missing is the 9/10 forte and the side cr and atk% upgrades which will probably bring her on par with sanhua s3. Those 2 runs at the time of recording were the fastest runs in the world for both characters. You are free to reupload, review and criticize my rotations if you want. If you are trying to boost LingYang like me she's not worth the pulls over the free sanhua. Sure she is easy but so is sanhua. Ps: and no, the fact that I have more BA% on echoes doesn't matter as it kinda balances out the difference(someone with skill% will do more skill damage but less BA and viceversa. The difference will be negligible when compared to total output)
@@Rekedx I have seen the video. The rotations are optimal. The only thing that could have made the run a bit more faster was if Zhezhi had a main echo that could be used in mid air. That’s why I mostly prefer the glacio set with glacio dreadmane. Also, it seems that heron tried to run away from you😄 and you had to chase him down with the Zhezhi team. Those could potentially save a few seconds but good run in all two videos.
@@itssenpai626 On the side by side comparison video the bird backsteps once and I lose only 1 second so it shouldn't matter much. So you can see sanhua s3 is still better than zezhi. And the echo shouldn't matter because I'm getting heron echo off when I need to switch off from zezhi in the side by side vid.
People still are stuck with the fact that lingyang does mostly basic attack which is entirely untrue The reason sanhua is inferior by a LONGGGG MARGINS is becuase unlike her she not only buffs lingyangs entire lit but also his res skills (main source untill s6) plus the energy regen is great A little more feild time but Insanely higher dmg. Also does dmg while not on feirld. Also she is equally cute. I dont why was this even a debate
I was on board until you said skill is doing more for lingyang than normal attack without backing it up with any math and just said trust me bro. There's nothing wrong with telling people to pull for who they enjoy playing more nor is there anything wrong with using non-meta pick when the game is not even hard enough to warrant that much optimization, however, I really don't think spreading misinformation to justify that is doing your argument any good.
@@ogopogo1109 I enlarged the enemy’s health bar in that part of the video for a reason for you to see whether the it’s the skill damage of the basic attacks that shreds the most🤦🏾♂️
@@itssenpai626 sorry I fail to see what that demonstrates since first and foremost, not only did you forgo Stormy Kicks and Tail Strike part of the combo, both of which are considered normal attack damage, you also did it with Zhezhi's outro buff already applied, further skewing the data in the first place. If your goal is to determine whether normal attack damage or skill damage contribute more to Lingyang's total damage in a vacuum, you've already failed. In fact, with a bit of simple math we can easily get the answer to that question: in a typical burst rotation, you activate Lingyang's Liberation, use Glorious Plunge to go airborne and do Feral Gyrate Level 1 and Level 2 each twice while weaving in a total of 4 Mountain Roamer between them, Lingyang's inherit skill provides an extra 4 times of 150% Mountain Roamer worth of skill damage, last you finish with Stormy Kicks into Tail Strike. If you tally up the total % ratio of normal attack damage and skill damage at skill level 10, you get 1792.09% for normal attack damage and 1657.6% for skill damage, I'm sure you can tell which number is bigger. This isn't even counting the extra Feral Gyrate Level 1 you can squeeze in if your execution is on point. Now if the goal is to support the argument that Zhezhi is a worthwhile character to pull for Lingyang mains, I think a more helpful comparison would be to compare Lingyang with Zhezhi versus Lingyang with Sanhua and compare how much Zhezhi's outro buff and personal damage outperforms Sanhua's then let the viewers decide whether that difference is worth pulling a 5* character for or not. For record I do think Zhezhi is worth it for Lingyang mains, I just don't think false narratives and unscientific methods help when it comes to supporting that argument.
@@ogopogo1109 I appreciate the comment. Like I said in the video, I have so many hours on Lingyang so I have a good reason to neglect tail strike. And let me correct you on the stormy kicks statement. I swap out of Stormy kicks while he’s in mid air. This means that he’ll still finish the stormy kicks before he leaves the field. For tailstrike, it’s not worth it in my opinion when going up against bosses that can one shot you in a matter of seconds because it locks you in a plunge animation and like all plunge attacks, once you initiate it, you can’t dodge out of it until you land and even when you land, you cannot dash right away since there is a split second delay before you can dash. This applies to all characters in the game and not only lingyang. Now here’s where you’re gonna say you can swap out of it and that’s actually sensible but tailstrike’s damage is considerably low for me because your buffs normally run out by then and the time spent on doing that is better spent preparing for the next rotation. Let me know your thoughts on this
@@itssenpai626 that's fair, it's definitely a move that you need to swap cancel out of to make safe due to the length of the animation. And you're correct that by the time you get to tail strike Zhezhi or Sanhua's 14 second buff will most likely run out already, however, you should still have Heron, Verina and her Rejuvenating set's buff active and while tail strike's damage ratio isn't amazing, it's still respectable enough that I wouldn't skip it personally. In the end, I do think it comes down to playstyle, I can definitely see an argument for skipping it if it makes the gameplay feel smoother and the cooldowns line up better for your team's rotation.
I don't have Changli so I wasn't able to provide any info regarding Zhezhi's Synergy with her. I want the information I provide to be from my own experience so you'll have to forgive me on that part.

1- ZheZhi enables many teams "thats more gameplay for you"
2- she has great concerto recovery
3- built in supporting goodies "energy recovery, galcio buff, skill damage buff"
4- strong off field sub dps damage
Amazing to have, but is she a must pull? The truth is, no character is a must except arguably Verena and jinhshi because of how easy they make the game.
Jinhsi easiest skip. Units that make the game easy is a big no
@@dvornikovalexei lol, you are so biased. so if i can finish all content with Cixia S0R1 and make the game easy. is it a big no? what character you use? you use yuanwu or aalto solo everything? if you want to upgrade difficulty just use lv.1 character with 1HP. many people already doing that. if you cant, you're not qualified yet to say "this game is easy with jinhsi blablabla..."
i would say you are 99% percent right .- first of you should pull what brings you joy no matter the meta. however.... most players i guess are F2P and F2P means you get a new 5 Star with the weapon approximatly every 2 patches if you loose the 50/50 - this is of course boosted at the moment from the generous start and the huge amount of resources you get by completing the story and achievements and all the other one time stuff.
And I am rediscovering my love for Jianxin ever since I found out about her Resonance Skill swap lock tech.

my team rn and for the whole year
Took a while till the cold got you, eh? :D Hope you get better soon, and great video.
Want to highlight a few things, as well as commend your effort on this video:
1. 3:18 I cannot thank you enough for this small part in your speech.
@@HeliumHe Thanks for the additional info. I really appreciate your comment
@@greyfox7352 I agree. Jinshi Taoqi and Yuanwu is very difficult to play. Zhezhi makes it very easy for Jinshi to nuke every rotation
Already pulled for Zhezhi already built her got her signature weapon, I really like her especially after her quest
I love that my two favorite characters work so well together (Zhezhi and Ling Yang)
I want to get at least s4 Zhezhi on her rerun and hopefully s6 in the future (I have s1r1 right now)

(Zhezhi is alsoreally good against mobile targets, meaning it's easier to get a good run, +1 point for not going through frustration XD)
As conclusion, Zhezhi is a great character, but not necessary for a Lingyang Team, pull what you prefer 😸🐾💕

I do plan on pulling her on her first rerun since I need to focus on my husbando only policy for first Convenes. 🤣

i even was able to 3 crest scar using her as main dps with sanhua and verina and zhezhi was on moonlith cloud set since i didnt farm glacio set. yeah best decision ever!
i pull her because
PRECIOUS MUST PORTEC AT ALL COST
She can actually. Freezing frost 5 piece set does not require the wielder to be on-field.
@@itssenpai626 really? I've seen some content creators saying that she can't stack it while off field

@@RizzLord95 yeah. She’s so good at cleaning up the mob bosses in the hazard zone of the tower which saves Jinshi’s big damage for the main boss. Glad you’re having fun with her.

@@suss8644 i love your ideas. It will make the game more interesting🤔

the banner will be rerun again so no need to be panic, im talking to you shorekeeper.
Tho I’m late to this,welp….
I lost zhezhi to encore(which is ok) yet now I can’t do anything,so ima wait for shorekeeper ig,hopefully she’s good or something
@@kaifXD hope you get shorekeeper
you don't even need to build her if you making her a sub dps for Jinshi. just max level her and put a descent weapon .
Jinhsi made the game so easy for me too 😭
well shorekeeper is next, sorry zhezhi
1:04 fact
I got her because of jinshi. Worth every wish
@@itssenpai626 in my opinion those people need to change their mindset. because the rewards are to good to pass on... not only the astrites. the shop gives alot of weapon exp, char exp and echo exp which saves tons of stamina. they can at least clear 3 floors on both sides and get by with 21 crest each reset. by the time 1.3 arrives i prob can max shorekeeper with her weapon without grinding any exp mats. i just grind them if there are double reward event. after u have few lvl 90 (4 in my case) u gonna notice the resource scarcity heavily and now im starting to stockpile stuff in attendance of shorekeeper ;D
i just pull every new character with any free astrite i got. if got them is good. jf not maybe just unlucky 😎
I wanna pull for her but i wanna pull for Shorekeeper like cmon now
@@UnknowinglyRL I think Shorekeeper might be a healer so You can pull her so that you can get another healer in addition to verina if you often play the tower of adversity

🤣
Zhezhi: [5/5]
• RL Regen [+1]
• RS Amplify [+1]
• Glacio Amplify [+1]
• Easier to Play [+1]
• Better with Single Opponents [+1]
Yinlin: [4/5]
• RL Amplify [+1]
• Electro Amplify [+1]
• Harder to Play [-1]
• Faster to Play [+2]
• More damage to Crowds [+1]
Bruh it's still 5/5 not 4/5😂
@@vandergrift5557 Harder to play is -1
Not harder to play. It is harder to optimize and that is a pro for many people. It shouldnt even be considered a downside. Yinlin also has a shorter rotation which is a huge plus.
@@hentikirby7142
Harder to play/optimize, same thing.
Sure, some people may find someone being harder to play more fun, but much more people prefer a character to be easier to play. Being harder to play would also give you a higher chance of failing something through the rotation.
As for the Rotation speed:
You didn't even notice the Faster to Play points for Yinlin.
Faster to Play = 2 points
Faster Rotation and Quickswap
Did you also count the more damage yinlin has as well?

i try get sanhua s6 but in 40 rolls i got she and got scared
btw 5 chixia (i hate my luck)
Let me check out your channel and see the rotations
I pulled for Zhezhi because she looks like my GF and she's an artist like her. LMAO

People still are stuck with the fact that lingyang does mostly basic attack which is entirely untrue
The reason sanhua is inferior by a LONGGGG MARGINS is becuase unlike her she not only buffs lingyangs entire lit but also his res skills (main source untill s6) plus the energy regen is great

NOPE ! Shorekeeper is coming home
meta or not as long as she's a waifu i pull😤😤😤😤
I had my my pulls waiting on shorekeeper but i think im going to pull. I hate using Yanwu
She isn't made for Lingyang. She was made for Jinhsi.
