MT-07 Akrapovic Carbon Exhaust Install & Sound Comparison

Installing the Akrapovic carbon exhaust system on my 2018 MT07. I believe intallation is identical for older models.

Just had this installed on my MT07 HO and oh my god! TH-cam doesn't do it justice.
Riding this feels crazy now

The yamaha dealer said if you were chasing extra hp, which wouldn't be many to go ahead but for the money he's pretty much said not to bother.

It's most definitely worth the money as the sound is amazing! However, my neighbors don't think so if I come home late at night!

Hellow, I have bought an akra and the lambda probe does not fit well I am missing the adapter that you have, do you know where I can get it?

With the carbon exhaust, does it pop/bang on shifting? And are you able to make it pop/bang if you twitch the throttle while decel? Thanks

Yeah definitely pops and even flames on some shifts. And yes to the twitching throttle on decel

but the headlight is original or have you changed something like a mask? because I see it smaller and it seems that you put a mask on it to make the horns

@@wattoman28 Because the AFR will be different. A tune is important to adjust the fuelling for your setup (exhaust/filter/etc) to optimize performance among other things.

@@Frankss.y But is it noticeable in a bike of this capacity? I had my mt07 fitted with this exhaust and I asked if the tune could be done but was told for the money spent it wasn't worth it
