    I was into electronics as a hobbyist right from the 70's but could not progress due to reasons of profession. However i accidentally viewed your video and lo i am back with full vigor.     You are excellent. Got much confidence in electronics. I want to make a auto on off fogger system for my greenhouse operated on 12 volt. 10 seconds on and 10 minutes off with automatic repeating cycles. If you can make a 12v dc timer with on and off time regulated , it’ll be of great help for lakhs of farmers also. From market if we purchase all the gadgets it will cost not less than 28000 Rs. I watch all your videos and use it for my agricultural projects which is proving excellent. Your knowledge is excellent. Salute to you. I am a retired lecturer and now looking after agriculture.     That is nice.
    A simple way to make a variable supply. But we could not use it practically.
    Using Buck Converter the voltage and current can be stabilized.
    We can make a good variable power supply from any old computer SMPS using Buck Converter.
    Try to make a project from SMPS.

    Hello Mr Singh , after watching this clip I have one problem . Will this circuit work on a fluctuating pulsating DC input and give a constant out put .This I am intending to use on a 6V dynamo of a car to charge a 12 V battery as 6 V batteries are unavailable . The output of the dynamo increases with RPM and is pulsating between 0 and the positive voltage . Thankyou

      To charge 12 v battery your input voltage should be greater than 15 v
      Above 15 v it can regulate and provide constant output

    HELLO SIR
    I have made this circuit. It is almost working fine except the output voltage. i have given the input power of -12 and +12 from smps. It voltage in the input side is 23.8 but out is 22.3 and is not increasing. yet it is decreasing to 0 but not increasing may i know the reason, where i am wrong. i have put 200 ohms resistance at the place of 220 ohms at mossfet and potentiometer. Rest all the value is as same you explain . kindly suggest.

      These little drops occur because of diodes used
      Every diode have its own knee voltage
      So don't worry if you are getting 22.8
      Its a 100% working project

      Firstly you need a source
      If you don't have a 10 amp transformer
      Then make a 5 amp supply amplifying currently will not give you a reliable circuit

    Sorry i am not electrically good but question is i got lots of good and bad PC power supplies lying around. Is there any possibility to pull out massive transformer from there and use it for this project. Amperage and size wise are pretty beefy but not sure about Voltage. If someone can point me in right direction.
