all these new era "whistles" sound to me more like super high head voice/faltettos and not whistle register as she used to do it.. more like how Xtina/arianna and other pop girls reach whistle notes but not with whistle register. like operatic in a sense... lack the airy sound i dunno.. maybe iam wrong but for sure it doesn't sound at all like it used to.. still impressive though
