Somehow reminds me of Mikael Akerfeldt and Fredrik Akesson playstyle in joint guitar lessons, but with 1,5 x speed on. Progressive metal sure has some unique riff patterns.

I wonder if Kaoru's wrist of his fretting hand hurts when he plays like that because I've also done that, and it hurts my fretting hand wrist like crazy!! Maybe it's the difference in hand size, I have smaller hands, so I have to stretch my hand more

I've always been a big Diru fan for a long time, and I've been playing Toshiya's bass lines a lot. Recently I've started to try guitar, and so started to pay much attention to their guitar work. So it came that, although Diru's music sounds brilliant as a whole, I started to feel that the amazing part of it was more in the hands of Toshiya and Shinya (and Kyo, of course), rather than in Kaoru and Die's.

藤原麻実 クラシックは感情表現含めテクニックが全てだけどな、ロックは確かに基本的に下手なほうがいいね。
速弾きギターソロとかのテクニックだけやたら上手いのに売れてないバンドなんか腐るほどあるもんな。
ミュージシャンも結局どれだけ多くの人に魅力的に見えるかってのが大切よね。
