People may know by now, but just in case, these paints are available on Jackson’s site, which is a UK company. Shipping is surprisingly cheap to the US, and I’m now waiting for my first order!

Irit Landgraf - and for what it’s worth, I have had these paints for a few months and have ordered more. Simply put, I am obsessed! They are beautiful to work with, and are now my pan watercolors of choice.
In Spain you can already buy them. I saw them the other day by chance .. Price a little more expensive than White Nights. But they have 140 colors!

I'm Italian but I live in Poland by some months. I love White Nights too, but now I prefer Roman Szmal Aquarius watercolours because they are not only wonderful and of very good quality and highly pigmented... all their 140 colors have the highest lightfastness!!! They are all rated 8 (some 7) on the Blue Wool Scale! This means that your artworks will not fade for centuries! ;)

Thank you so much! I totally agree about the color range. I think it tops White Nights, and that lightfastness rating is excellent, especially for such an affordable brand.

Thank you for sharing these! Gorgeous. I also have been playing with watercolors on cheaper/thinner paper that really isn't intended for watercolor or any water media. The crinkle on any paper especially thinner paper is just mmwhuaw* ( chef kiss) lol. I could literally listen and play w it forever. Have a great

i've been agonizing for days, curating colors for a new custom white nights palette and then at the very last minute remembered roman szmal... oh dear, what am i to do now?? i now have a shopping cart @ jacksons full of both brands and have to start making a choice. perhaps mix and match so i can experience them both. thank you as always irit for your comprehensive videos. xoxo from hawaii

I do like crinkly paper. Not sure why, I discoveredI liked it while using gansai ink deeps and very thin chinese paper. It looks great when you photograph it too and for some reason makes everything you do on it look good.
I know... Something about it is just delicious!!
Those cobalt colors are cheap in Poland because they have their own cobalt-mines there. :)

Hi. I love the video. I just ordered some of these paints yesterday and can’t wait to receive them. I am wondering what brand of watercolor pencils you are using on top of your watercolor?
Hey Laura! I use several brands, but my favorites are Caran D'ache Museum aquarelle and faber castell Albrecht Dürer pencils. I have some prima sets and they are nice too.
I like them very much and i use it together with White Nights which are similar what i consider as advantage.

Nice! JacksonsArt sells all colors and sends worldwide. So many lovely colors...trying to choose...like 8 each for botanical and landscape, separate sets...

Yes they do! Since posting this video these have become more readily available which is great! As for recommendations, try googling swatches and then decide which colors you like :) Their range is huge! Or, you can go for one of their curated sets, makes life easier ;)
Oh I'm so happy to see this review. I have few of their paints and i really like it. There are online art shops in Poland where you can buy this paints like szal-art.pl or maluje.pl.
QoR watercolors by GOLDEN has a BEAUTIFUL cobalt violet ❤️❤️❤️

Is it better to get the 24 set or 36?
Depends on your budget, space and color preferences. If you love and think you will use all the colors in the 36 set, have the money and the space then go for it.
Love these colors! Thank you for sharing... i did some looking into (with the help of my mom who can remember some Polis lol) and found the following website that gives the english translation.
