    Why are the 2024 projections captured lower for 2050 and 2100 than for 2022?

      There are many possible factors, such as estimating a shorter period of time for the impact of Covid-19 on demographics, or estimating a higher than actual birth rate estimate.
      I don't know if I understand the intent of your question, but perhaps the material published by the UN Population Division can provide an answer.
