If you study nutrition. Then why do you consider cookies okay to eat? It's loaded with sugar and is still a processed carbohydrate. I believe keto is much better for a man than the usual carbohydrate diet that everyone eats. Ketones for fuel is superior to glucose. I do recommend eating some carbs once in a few weeks on keto but I strongly recommend sticking to fats for the majority of macros. Fats have so many benefits compared to carbs.
for you hopeless sweet tooth's there is a alternative. I once consumed refined sugars at a alarming rate but I put down the candy and soda and can get the same satisfaction out of fruits and dark %80 chocolate. There is hope!
I stay shredded all year by eating only what my body needs to maintain my current bodyweight and hard work for the gainzzz. One weekend a month I'll eat an extra 2000 calories.

Workout in the morning as well. It is best for the body as cortisol is already high after waking up. The best diet for men is actually the keto diet. I don't mess with carbs. You get much more out of fats for a man as monounsaturated fats increase testosterone.

Use honey instead of processed sugar. For breakfast try a bowl of old fashioned or steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, dried cranberries, dried bananas, dried papaya, walnuts, honey, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Then you eat a bowl of about 7 slices of Delmonte Ruby Red Grapefruit. That breakfast will keep you full for some time. I usually eat about once to twice a day and if I decide to eat once I usually eat my first and only meal around 2pm and then I don't eat again until that same time tomorrow. It's a discipline you have to learn because for me I'm not starving at all and can exercise the next day before I eat. I cut down on beef, pork, and chicken so I'm eating fish like tilapia, cod, and whiting. I'll cook some tilapia in olive oil seasoned in onion powder, paprika, and dried basil on both sides. Then I add some vegetables like brussel sprouts, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, or a bag of mixed vegetables with a dash of salt, then some sliced beets, black beans, kidney beans, and wax beans all mixed together in balsamic vinaigrette with a little salt and a dash of sugar, mix it all in a bowl and chill it in the refrigerator (that bean salad is high in protein). Then two hardboiled eggs with a little salt and a piece of fruit. You feel a big difference in strength and mental clarity when you cut down on pork, beef, chicken and substitute it with fish like tilapia because it's high in protein (23 grams), low in fat, and cheap to buy. Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, lift heavy weights, use your own body weight, do cardio throughout the week (about 150 minutes per week), cut down on bread, pasta, and rice or don't eat it at all, take a multivitamin and other supplements with your food, and sleep early. All these things reduce body fat and weight and can help you build muscle. By the way you can eat more than one meal a day, I myself just choose to eat one meal a day.
Try Ezekial 4:9 bread if you haven't tried it, VERY healthy and nutritious. I also hope you eat Natural Peanut Butter. I buy mine Organic from Trader Joes.

It’s tough for me too but I eat healthy occasionally like fruits and veggies but at the same time I eat unhealthy and workout
So yeah it’s hard to eat healthy when ur a kid but once ur an adult then u can eat healthy better

Use honey instead of processed sugar. For breakfast try a bowl of old fashioned or steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, dried cranberries, dried bananas, dried papaya, walnuts, honey, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Then you eat a bowl of about 7 slices of Delmonte Ruby Red Grapefruit. That breakfast will keep you full for some time. I usually eat about once to twice a day and if I decide to eat once I usually eat my first and only meal around 2pm and then I don't eat again until that same time tomorrow. It's a discipline you have to learn because for me I'm not starving at all and can exercise the next day before I eat. I cut down on beef, pork, and chicken so I'm eating fish like tilapia, cod, and whiting. I'll cook some tilapia in olive oil seasoned in onion powder, paprika, and dried basil on both sides. Then I add some vegetables like brussel sprouts, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, or a bag of mixed vegetables with a dash of salt, then some sliced beets, black beans, kidney beans, and wax beans all mixed together in balsamic vinaigrette with a little salt and a dash of sugar, mix it all in a bowl and chill it in the refrigerator (that bean salad is high in protein). Then two hardboiled eggs with a little salt and a piece of fruit. You feel a big difference in strength and mental clarity when you cut down on pork, beef, chicken and substitute it with fish like tilapia because it's high in protein (23 grams), low in fat, and cheap to buy. Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, lift heavy weights, use your own body weight, do cardio throughout the week (about 150 minutes per week), cut down on bread, pasta, and rice or don't eat it at all, take a multivitamin and other supplements with your food, and sleep early. All these things reduce body fat and weight and can help you build muscle. By the way you can eat more than one meal a day, I myself just choose to eat one meal a day.

To be honest i only been' doing this for 5 day and i feel good and im eating right and i actually seen fat going away.

This guy's has the same metobolism I have. I'm sure of it. Even his pollen allergy is the same as mine. Fruits in the morning. I think a person has to figure out their own path to fitness.
