I had a skilled assessment from VETASSES for which the one year experience I had from Aug 2021-2022 was absorbed and couldn't be counted. I was advised by the NSW government that I had to wait until Aug 2023 to be eligible to apply. I luckily got my 189 visa invitation in the mean time 😇
In my skill assessment only have 2.3 yrs experience. but i have 5 yrs experience and stil skill assessment is not expired.may i need to do new skill assessment to claim 5+ yrs experince.
WHETHER EOI CAN BE FILED FOR 491 WITH EXPIRED VETASSESS IN NSW. I have positive vetassess with 5.67 years in 2019 and again applied for vetassess at the same . Please reply

Hello I need assistance regarding 491 Question: Let say your total Package is 72900 inclusion of super And the ASMR for your current position ranges 60-80k However the TSMIT is 70k and your salary only is 65595 which is below threshold is there a possibility that you will be qualified since your salary meets the ASMR Appreciate your answers

I found this text on NSW website, "'regional NSW' refers to all of the state except the metropolitan areas of Greater Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong". Does this mean i cannot stay and work in these areas ?
