I agree! I own two fur coats, mink and coyote, and I am fascinated with them. I will never stop admiring all the work of those people who have turned raw animal hides into beautiful clothing. The art how tens individual animal skins are put together into a uniform fur coat... Nature turned into fashion. I am definitely very proud of wearing my mink and coyote! Btw you have a nice profile photo 😉

. C an i ask have you watched th way the animal is killed in fur trade on utube . How there whole life is in a tiny cage waitinh for the day they get dragged out the cage smasged against the floor then while still alive there skin with there fur gets ripped from there bod8es while there screaming in pain. Dying . Then once all there skin is ripped off they are chucked onto all the other animals that are laying there with no skin in agony crying and dying. How can we live in a world where there is ok just for a part of fashion . No mattet how good it looks on are people so heartless they know this and still wear it or they dont have the knockledge . All u have to do is type in fur trade in utube and how animal is killed . People say its broke people saying this which it isnt . Ariana grade and kim k both now dont wear fur anymore because of this so many designer brands have stopped selling real fur and this is why uk have banned fur farms . Is just the extreme way they are killed and the terrib le lives they have lived

The paradox is that a fur coat can be assimilated into the earth in no more than 7 years, whereas petrochemical derivative coats take up to more than a century, so objectively, it is way more damaging to the ecosystem. Fur is more sustainable than using petrochemical derivatives. The reason why the masses bought into believing that it's bad is because petrochemical companies poured tons of money into false propaganda and people believed their lies without further investigating the real reason behind the lies.

What material is used to line the coat? Is it a natural fiber?
I was given an existing coat and I found one in the trash .So I'm going to merge them into one coat where I live is very cold.Rather than make.more trash 🗑. I will be mindful and use what I have and i didn't buy any new materials even tho I gave it thought because it got to small.i found another fur coat in the trash that I can upcycle.Not all fur coats are intentional kills for the industry .some.are giving thanks to an anilmal.who since passed on and want to honor the animals hide /fur as way of saying thank you. When I die.doesnt my remains feed an entire eco sysytem.we are human .Please be just that. Love BiancaV.

Depends it what religion you believe in. Some will say that proper care of fur coat respect and honour the animals you've killed [North american indigenous mindset]. Others will say that it's pure savagery to kill any living beeing thus it's better to wear synthetic fur ['80s animal right activists]. Some realists will say we use dead animals to power our lawnmowers and cellphones (petroluem derived products) so what's the difference if we also use dead animal for garments.

毛皮も、寒い寒い極寒の国では実際貴重な防寒着だと思います。動物の命を粗末にはなさらない手段で大切に使っていると思いますし、動物の命も粗末にはしたくないからこそ、西暦2000年頃からは、フェイクファーを使う習慣もファッション業界には増えていたようでした。
大切になさることを教え伝えるべきだと思います。
日本でも狸や狐や雉や鷹や鷲等を剥製にして、その家の宝物などにする習慣はありました。我が家にもまだ１つ残っています。もう一つは雨漏りにぬれるなどもあったみたいで土に戻したのか、私の知らないうちに無くなってしまいました。我が家には狸の剥製が２つ御座いましたが、そのようなことで１つだけが遺っています。
