Genius! I am just starting out and doing services out of my home and was debating on wether or not a whole towel warmer is worth it…wanting to provide really lovely services but man they are a hefty investment! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Awesome idea thanks for sharing this. I have two different kinds of rice cookers including one with a glass lid and the other one, but thankfully both have steam trays that came with it.
Such a good idea! Ive always used a food steamer for mine, removed all the levels except the base and put them in there with the lid. I heat it up 30mins before they are due to come in and then turn it off (or it bleeps when its low on water and is fire hot).
Hmmm. I don't know! You would probably only want to sit the bag on the steaming tray, not directly on the bottom of the cooker :) Hopefully, the steam would be enough to melt and keep the wax soft
Hi Tricia, I perform dry pedicures in salon (no soaking) so the towels are used to clean the clients feet on arrival and to remove any dust or filings at the end of the service before oiling and massage :)

Another good idea! Rice cooker maybe safer to leave on for longer maybe?
OMG THIS IS AN AMAZING IDEA!
Such an awesome tip, thanks for sharing.
What an amazing idea!! Have subscribed, now off to Kmart for a rice cooker! ❤
Can we heat stones for massage in that?
Do you think I could also add ziplock bags of paraffin wax to this for pedicure clients ?

@bon joule vi did you try it with the paraffin wax? I'm wondering if it worked or not before I purchase wax. Thanks!

Its super small, from Kmart

How many towels does it hold? Thanks :)
Hi Mila, I prepare 4 each time but it could probably fit around 6. Perfect for a sole tech :)
What are the towels used for? 👁👁
