How long do you leave it in the crock pot? How long does it stay hot once removed?
You leave it in until you are ready to use it because it will not stay hot forever
Leave in crockpot like 5-10 min if crockpot is already heated and on high.
Watching it 4 years later the election stress took a whole new dimension 😅

It depends how big your pot is but you could squeeze them in until they reach the top

Wouldn't you get more benefit by putting the essential oils in coconut or other body oil, rubbing it into the desired area and then placing the hot towel on top? Or both, if you wanted the aromatherapy benefit too.
Most essential oils have to be diluted first and more applied directly
The towel doesn’t stay warm for 5 mins let alone 15mins
I thought heat degraded essential oils?
