I've been micro dosing semaglutides for a month and It's been a huge help! I've lost 10lbs so far. Mentally it helps so much and I've been drinking less alcohol!!
There's been a lot of coverage from plastic surgeons lately about how Ultherapy creates a lot of scar tissue below the surface, and makes future facelifts more difficult. I see the appeal in a nonsurgical procedure, but it seems like the sort of thing that the very people who do it are the same sort of aesthetics-focused people who will still want a facelift later. And will not be pleased that their results might be impacted by their prior VERY costly and minimally effective ultherapy.....
i feel like plastic surgeons are pushing this narrative because it cuts into their business....i mean, they benefit from people NOT going the non surgical face lift route...
This is fascinating! I’m happy there are options to help people feel good about themselves. However, it is also yet another thing to think about and pay for. 😂
Interesting conversation...refreshingly honest and this is definitely the culture of Miami as well as a few other places! In terms of Ozempic...it is everywhre! I am glad that the treatments featured are relatively and Iani is well trained medically and she seems not only knowledgeable but also ethical and caring. Ty.
Susan, how are you telling people to go see a practitioner who is not even a surgeon or derm? I don't care how many "training" courses she's had. MED SPAS are not at all safe or recommended, and you know that, so please do not mislead people into thinking they can visit any and every med spa, especially those out of Miami. A nurse does not know the same anatomy as a surgeon, so let's get the facts correct.
@@Luna11420 medspa's/medclinics/wellness spas are not places to get ANY SORT of injections done ...any sane plastic surgeon or dermatologist will tell you the horror stories that happen in those places, so educate yourself. It's like saying it's ok for a dentist to administer Botox because he's a doctor
Commercially, 0.25mg but I believe they are talking about compounded semaglutide here which can be given at any dose because it’s not a prefilled syringe
Im from Miami. Her office just opened a year ago.. unless she had a different office before she opened the one I know. And she's definitely not the one that invented this. There's plenty of booty injectors in Miami that have been doing it much longer. This video seems disingenuous
I love that we can have a conversation about this and how to do it safely without all the stigmatism

Wow!
this is literally an advert for this nurse - i wonder how much she pays to be on this podcast
I love Iani so much!!

She’s been certified in cosmetic procedures and is still a health professional. She’s still very knowledgeable and qualified to do these procedures
She is not a nurse, she is a medical doctor, still went through medschool and residency.
@@morgianasartre6709 shes not a doctor lol get your facts correct

Absolutely agree !
I thought Ozempic actually creates more wrinkles and ages you no?
Susan, can you share more about doing Renuva?
Yes I can! I actually have my Renuva injector in a future episode
What is the approximate cost of Iani’s BBL?
I’m not sure but it’s likely personalized so definitely call them for an appointment
Her website says price starts at $5500, and results last 2 years.
Perfect timing!! Will listen when im in the shower😂
Reading this while I just started my shower is amazing 😂
Hi! Why did you switch from Botox to xeomin?
She said that her Botox stopped lasting as long so she switched to Xeomin.
@@rebeccahoward3464Exactly!
@Mixedmakeup and the reason why it stops working is that your body develops antibodies against botulinum toxin. It is a great feature we have.
What does microdosing entail? Because 0.5mg was a dose my spouse was given is there a lower dose?

Why is it bad to chew gum???
It just makes your jaw muscles stronger so they might look larger and pronounced on some people
Miami is lovely place to live ❤❤❤
I love Miami ❤
So basically biopolymers…
I overcame my addiction with the help of mushrooms.
Yes Psychedelics offer new hope for mental health treatment.
