When I had balconies (in the Middle East) it was too hot for flowers they just got scorched. Info to love how balconies look when they're cascading with flowers though.

@@MyGardenAcademy might make a video in itself, Also include what effect it might have on the waterproofing & how much load / weight before exceeding the design loads (should not occur often but it depends on the construction (wood vs concrete)
