Got through this whole class for the first time today! I’ve been slowly coming back to pointe after a few years away and it’s so good to know my strength is getting better!
I did pointe growing up, but haven't done it consistently for a few years because my college dance program wasn't ballet based. I've been getting back into it lately and this has been so good for building that strength back up!
I'm a professional, but don't need pointe on stage. However, I do a pointe class once a week: it is so good for strength and not to mention 'cleaning up' the placement... this class is just the very best thing, thank you so much!!!!

As a chronically ill dancer it's not always easy to make it to class, your videos are so lovely and make me feel like I've actually gone to class on days it's too difficult for me to travel. Thank you for all you do!!!
I'm a self taught ballerina whose never taken an in person ballet class. After I got to a certain pointe, I got pointe shoes and this has been very helpful!

My achilles is really short so I have extra strength in my feet from learning to jump without much bouyancy, and rolling through without the plie has always felt better to me!

I love the emphasis on how it feels/having proper technique, not just on how it looks/jamming into 180° turnout!
