Большое спасибо за видео! вскоки на две ноги действительно не страшно, а вот на одну в арабеск баланса для "постоять" не хватает. Причем в мягких туфлях такой проблемы нет. Может у вас есть какие-то работающие приёмы для выработки равновесия на пальцах? Это достойно отдельного видео! Спасибо за всё что вы делаете)

Thank you - I have been doing this regularly for a few months now in the absence of being able to access studio pointe classes and have strengthened considerably despite odds being against me. I am a 49 year old who came back to ballet 10 years ago and was desperate for an online, small space pointe class during lockdown,. I found it a real challenge at first but after persevering I am able to do it with ease. Thank you Maria. I know so many people who love your channel for both your beautiful dancing and generous, thoughtful teaching.
This is the best centre pointe class online. Full stop! It has become my favourite class to do at home. It is so challenging and strengthening but safe to do at home on slippery non-ideal floors, but also dancey and beautiful. Thank you, Maria! It has helped me strengthen my pointe work so much!

The online classes helps alot. I Love ballet, it takes your mind of everything and ballet is also good for the mind and the soul and to stay fit aswell. The shoes and the costumes are so beautiful!!💞

However as I am 28 years old and only about three years on pointe as self taught for about one year and a half of ballet classes online, I am happy I can at least give it a try :D
