Hello! I'm a fellow crocheter too & will be moving to the UK soon! I'd like to know the do's & don't's of selling crocheted goods at crafts markets there; eg licensing, insurance, especially selling toys, etc. Please & thank you!
I will look at making a longer detailed video of this in the future but you will need insurance to sell at markets (and ideally you should have this even if you only sell online!) and you will need to have toys tested too.

Thanks for the video! How did you find going through all of the CE/UKCA testing? I'm so overwhelmed with it all at the moment but others seem unphased😅
I found reading through the pack slowly and breaking it up into chunks much more manageable. For example, sourcing suitable resources with the needed certificates for the technical file first and then moving onto physical testing. Joining the group on Facebook is also beneficial as there’s lots of tips and I search for any questions I had for any answers that already existed too!

I’m not too sure on how you can get into markets in the U.K. without being present but definitely have a look at e-markets (websites or Facebook) or online stores - for example I’m also on Etsy!
