Dr. Tanu is currently posted as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Defence. She has cleared Civil services in 2014. Dr. Tanu has authored two books for UPSC preparation. She is Passionate to help, guiding, and motivating young minds esp. civil service aspirants. She's also Associated with many NGOs and social organizations. Also, she's a Mock Interview panelist, speaker, writer, and thinker. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. She is very inspiration to youths because she is not only talk about how to become IAS officer. She is talk about all the other angles to applicable for every person. (Society often lables us as failure or sucess but we should ultimately define our own worth )
2. There is a *horizontal* aspect to life
( Balance of all areas like career, relationship, health,etc)
3. There is a *vertical aspect* to failure
(Not all failure are equal )
4.we should not consider ourselves *failure* if we do not reach the peak
5. We should *analyse* our failures.
(Understand the reason behind our failures)

People striding for their passion is not a choice for everyone.
Society dictates us to follow the current social convention, have a profitable job and get married according to your religion or cast many other things.
To defy these social conventions and do things our way is the privilege only few people could afford. If they strike at the right time and right place then they will be successful then the society will acknowledge your success
But if we fail then the criticisms will be massive and not many people could handle it well, this is why many people will stick to the usual social convention
If we become failures by following the normal social convention then people don't criticise that much
That's why people think it's safe to follow the crowd.
I think many people will agree with me on this.
