    Another question the mini split if it get under 20 degrees the mine split doesn’t work well , so you’ll have to get oil for the winter 🥶 months, it’s priced nice, but if there’s a condo fee on top of the mortgage plus buying oil for the winter months, I’m not sure on the hole expense

      Oil for the forced hot air furnace as your primary heat source in the winter is probably prudent. There are no condo fees as this is a single family home, and potentially a multi-family.

    Hello. Sorry for the off-topic question of the video, do you have a lot of mosquitoes? It's a funny question, I know. I became very interested in the state of Maine, thanks to your videos.

    Why are there THREE satellite 📡 dishes on the roof?

      Not sure, but probably 1 is a Direct Tv, 1 is probably Dish network the 3rd no idea. I would surmise when they changed providers they just left the old antennae in place.

    • @richardtheriault7624
      @richardtheriault7624 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is a stand alone home with the potential to have a 2 unit building if you wanted to utilize the former apartment as an apartment once again. So, no there are no condo fees.

      Well that is not entirely true. There are people moving into the area and having no difficulty finding work. If you want to make paper, well that would be a problem as the mill is closed, but there are businesses looking to repurpose the mill campus.

      There are schools looking for teachers,trucking companies looking for drivers,hospitals looking for people…there are plenty of retail establishments,lawyers ,accountants,real estate agents,auto repair shops,construction companies looking for help…the paper mill was not the be all end all….heck,there are plenty of jobs available in the surrounding area….you don’t need to live in town Portland to make a living wage….
