It’s either other bands, crew, just a bunch of personal, some shows you can pay to be on the side of the stage.

Usually crew or people with backstage pass who want to watch another band from the side of the stage. I think 2 of the people here are Rob and Romesh who were filming their TV show all weekend and they might have their crew with them too.
