I'm glad that you can get all 3 regardless of which team you pick because even though I doubt anyone will ever do it, completionists can still technically get every badge in the game.
x100 battles should instantly give you the gold badge due to being basically 10 x10 battles.
Right like I was so upset that I never got the badges despite the fact that I beat a 100x battle 😭

Winning x10 battles is gonna be a pain with how Turf War is sometimes.
As someone who got the Gold Deep Cut Badges I know how it fell
To this day I've only gotten about 2 10x battles and I've participated in all of the previous splatfests
Sucks that there are no bronze or silver ones. I like silver more than gold

no offense but i dont really understand why people are like "guuuys we need to give them a win they deserve it they havent won any other ones!!" when the deep cut members actually are good sports and dont care if they lose (though I ak on team frye because she is my favorite)

I just don't want shiver to win.
But it may be someone different as to be honest i ain't a fan of Shiver but she had some great options but now it actually comes down to deep cut and i think Frye has a good chance at winning but I'm going with Big Man because he really cares about Splatsville.
Agreed, shiver and Frye have too many flaws for me to consider them as a leader.
Correction about the deep cut Badges, You dont actually have to win the 10x battles, you just have to participate in them. I got them when I reached those conditions and the game stated so itself.
Correction, expect for the golden ones. It says to beat ten 10x battles not participate in them.
I'm trying to get into my third 10x battle, but they haven't appeared.
Of the 20 matches I played so far in this splatfest, I only won 4 battles and no 10× battles. The last 2 splatfests were 10× battles right off the bat!
That’s weird, it’s been the opposite for me, the past splatfests i couldn’t get a single 10x battle but now I’ve done at least 4

update: I got one (I’ve been playing since 11 AM, it’s 7 pm)
I had one 10x battle and had an early lead until someone on the opposing team left(not sure if it was unintentionally or on purpose) left and it didn't count

F splatoon i played 16 games today, and 7 times i dced because the communication was unstable, f nintendo and fix it damnit

If it happened 7 times for 16games it probably was your internet getting some issues

You can’t miss out, for the regular badge, you just need to simply play in 3 10x battles. For the gold badge, you need to win 10 of the 10x battles. It saves your wins from any previous Splatfests.

A battle that randomly appears only during splatfest, and if you win it gives you 10 times the clout/points for your chosen team.

So recently i finally managed to get the gold version of Deep Cut Badges, and boy was it *H a r d*
i recommended to think twice before doing it, as it is possibly the hardest challenge to do

It's pure luck, with many 10x wins you earn the shells and then the 100x or 333x possibility will be high
It’s random but when you win you get festival shells which increase the chances
