Thank you very much Dr Shahine for sharing useful information. Does root touch up for covering grey hair also harmful before conceiving? I usually do root touch up every two months. After going through recurrent unexplained miscarriages I am trying to find out what I can change in the future.
Great question - most likely ok - it’s all about what chemicals, length of exposure. If touching up roots is important - great - but think about other ways to decrease exposure (plastics, scents, etc)❤️
I buy Deer Park water in the 2.5 gallon plastic water jugs. But once I get home I put the water in my glass mason jar and then drink the water out of glass cups. Is this okay? Because I can’t find many water brands that have their water in glass except Voss but it’s pretty pricey.
how about listing some common chemicals in common ptoducts...?
I was wondering if reusable silicone baking mats are healthy

The best way to recycle plastic is to limit buying it as much as possible

Get a filter. You’re still drinking microplastics
How about toothbrush?
