Mike welcome back to Singapore I would recommend dookki buffet. It’s a Korean Tteokbokki hotpot buffet. The best part is after you are almost done you can turn the hot pot into fried rice that soaks up the flavor from the hot pot

Since I was a kid, I've always wished I could eat spicy food, but I can't :( It makes me really sick. (And as a Latina, it's always been a source of great shame 🙃) With Asian being one of my favorite genre of foods, it simultaneously saddens and excites me to see Mikey eating all these delicious dishes that I'll never be able to try bc the heat from the chilis would probably kill me 😅 So thank you Mikey, for letting me enjoy the food vicariously through you! 😂

I know you love your hot oil 😂 but wouldn't it be beneficial to try the dish without anything on it ? If i could suggest, make your own. Get a burner (to put the pot on the dining table) and some broth, then whatever you think is good at the supermarket.
Dont forget dipping sauces, scoops, tongs.
If you want you could get a proper hotpot-pot.
      Hardest part is the cleanup.

Hmm, all you need is a pot, an induction cooker to put on the dining table, some processed tofu, cheese tofu, sausage, chicken stock or mala stock which is up to you, some meat preferably those sukiyaki meat or shabu shabu meat, fish, prawn, squid, some napa cabbage. And you're good to go. That's how we do it in Singapore.

You can easily make your own all you need is a pot and you can order a lot of ingredients online… Hot pot is just soup.

The last dish looks like Putien Lor Mee. I agree the chilly sauce is nice. But the noodles should be light as you say. Adding the chilly would spoil the original taste. I am a chilly lover myself but I do enjoy at times take something light and not so spicy.

Hi Mike, I've followed you since you had 100k subscribers and I realized that your video and audio quality has drastically deteriorated... I'm not sure what changed. I hope you don't find this offensive and just wanted to point it out hoping you make adjustments for viewers sake. Your content is still fire though. Keep it up!!
