5:37 that steamed egg custard dish is called chawanmushi. i think it means steamed in tea cup or something along that line. i love it so much so i always get them when i go to Japanese restaurant here in Malaysia 😋

Yes, this is by design and obviously a successful one. This is why singapore dont feel as crowded despite population density is comparable to hongkong

Mike you should go back to Japan again and do some vids of horse meat sashimi, bear meat ramen, fugu course, etc. Those exotic (and safe to eat) foods really attract the eye in the YT world. It would net you more views!

Hey Mike, could you please do a video on how to eat at a hotpot restaurant? I visited one in DFW with my wife and we really didn’t know how to eat there. The wait staff gave us very basic info on where to get all the stuff so we were lost.
