The above lots was surveyed way back 1919 up 1923 in the name of Indigenous Tboli of Kiamba Cotabato now Sarangani province. That in 1941 a certain CFI Clerk of Court in Cotabato declared the customary lands of the Tboli as public land on the ground that Native has written evidence of ownership. The Clerk of Court has no name only his signature. This was untold story how our country was ruled by greedy lands racketer enriched themself by violating the rights of the Indigenous Peoples.
We come knowing you can help us to return to us our lost ancestral lands at the outbreak of the World Pacific War 11 in 1941.
