सर् जी मेने 1 साल पहले 2020 में एक प्रॉपर्टी 110 गज की खरीदी । मालिक ने एक किले की जमीन में प्लाट काट कर बेची। सभी प्लाट बिक गये। इस प्रॉपर्टी के चारो तरफ की कॉलोनी नगर निगम में आती है और एप्रूव्ड भी है। रोड, बिजली , पानी की सभी लाइन भी है। पूरी तरह रिहायशी कॉलोनी है। सिटी के बिल्कुल अंदर है। पिछले साल मार्च 2020 में रजिस्ट्री होनी थी तो अचानक सरकार ने बन्द कर दी। रजिस्ट्री लिखवा दी थी और करीब 11 लाख पेमेंट भी चेक के द्वारा की गई। स्टाम्प ड्यूटी सर्कल रेट के हिसाब से भरी गयी। मालिक और।गवाह के दस्तखत भी हो गये। अब 2021 में पेंडिंग है। एक्चुअली में वो लैंड बहुत सालो से खाली थी ओर agricultue लैंड थी और unapproved थी। खतौनी ऑनलाइन सब ओक है। अब क्या हो सकता है किर्पया समाधान बताये।
