Gorgeous Wheels…congratulations to the new owner! $&$’s customer service and support is next level, can’t say enough good things about those guys. Lol…next iteration of the Super Duty is going to need a cowl induction hood to accommodate clearance of all those coolant lines if they continue to add any more. They definitely need to figure something else out. Looks like a damn plate of spaghetti sitting on top of that engine.
I ordered and just picked up this same truck but in Black with the tan interior. I absolutely love it!!! One thing I noticed that is annoying and it may be just a setting. When you have CarPlay maps “mapping” and in tow hall mode, you lose the diesel and general maps, the pages are blanked out. I have to flip it back to normal driving mode versus tow mode in order to see my diesel and general pages. If you have a fix for that, I would love to hear it. Most guys when your towing you like to see your def level, turbo boost, exhaust filter level, engine brake all one page.
Invoice plus 2%…..isn’t that XPlan? I bought my 22 using X plan and deal was something pretty close to that. That is a beautiful truck. Love the interior scheme.
It's invoice minus 2%. It's available to anyone that calls. Ask for Chip. Their entire business model is volume volume volume. This is lower than Xplan and no complications or qualifications. Invoice minus 2 for anyone willing to pick up a phone and drive to Iowa for pickup. No haggling or dealing. They offer financing at normal rates as well. Can't say enough good things about Granger Ford and they do Dodge/Chrysler as well.
Arod, i heard of a guy that had put two dcr's on a truck and they were making loud noise, have you heard anything about that? It was in the comments of a install video
The utube video was " exciting Dcr pump update for 6.7L Ford " guy is edward eplett 3231, said pump was louder than engine noise. Said some one else had a loud pump too.
@@lewisbolman7862Hey, I've seen that post & others he has made on several people's vids...From the info given in some of the post, I believe that the installer screwed up some how🤔...would like a update on his problems🤨👍💪💯
Or take it to Carli suspension like we do out west and burn a solid $15k on suspensions. If you do it quick you just tell the wife it came home that way lol.
I dropped 9k on just the performance side, zero cosmetics. But I paid 49k for a 2019 f250 xlt premium package 4x4 4 door 6.7 in 2020. The 1st weekend I threw the warranty away. Just spent 2k in the DCR, owell, but I can make it faster than I spend it
The only warranty impacted is the one on the fuel pump itself. Every other thing on the truck is still under warranty. The only possible exception would be if they can directly link a fuel pump failure to some other failure otherwise no impact to warranty. Why spread false information?
lol, I’m sure induction tubing is supposed to blow! On a serious note, what is the problem with the OEM tubes? I have one of these ‘24 trucks with the HO engine and I’m trying to sort out what’s truly a risk. Isn’t the CP4 issue that the bottom end is intolerant to fuel quality issues? Can’t this be managed with diligent use of fuel additive and frequent draining of the fuel water separator and fuel filter changes?
@@blakepetersdiving The CP4 may never fail. As you suggest and if you watch Arod's previous videos you can take steps to minimize your risk but you can only do so much. Change filters, use a good additive, drain the water...check, check, check. You are still at risk of bad fuel no matter what you do and it turns into a lottery weather you have an issue or not. Getting rid of the weak part does not mean you stop doing all the other preventative maintenance it just means that your likely hood of becoming stranded severely diminishes and your likely hood of taking out your entire fuel system is eliminated. It's all about preventing problems and bullet proofing. As far as the intake and tubes. Watch ARod's videos. The new intake not only improves overall engine efficiency but also eliminates the stock traffic jam of soot from the EGR right at the throttle body. Notice where the EGR is relocated to. Again...preventative, not to mention efficiency which translates into MPG and HP. The turbo inlet is all about efficiency and the cold side pipe is mostly about prevention. You have a 24 and if you never do anything to it you still have the best most reliable most powerful truck on the planet. Nothing made though can't be improved in some way weather it's HP or reliability. The question is what are your plans for your truck. If it's a keeper then some or all of the mods on Arod's channel are worth considering but if you flip through rigs every few years then perhaps not.
Still can't get a dcr out to communist cali.. Every vendor I've tried denies the shipping to communist cali. Hope that carb cert. comes through this year for s&s. I would really like to get one.
@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod Exactly. Being it's not carb cert. and only sema cert. It's not aloud to be shipped or sold here. Last I checked s&s is still trying to get it carb cert. One guy I know just had it shipped to a family member out of state then had them ship it to him in cali.
If only they made something perfect. Of course nothing is perfect but the 6.7 is as close as it gets in today's market. Ford should absolutely dump the CP4 as Dodge and GM did. If I have to replace the CP4 to improve a truck that's already better than anything else on the road then so be it. Can't argue it would be nice if it came from the factory that way but it didn't. Better to replace the CP4 then the transmission, engine, electronics, emissions or the myriad of other problems sold by "the other guys" :)

Good stuff Arod 👍
Nice ride!
Ohhhhh that color!!!!!
Thank you!

Nice!
That truck is sharp in the color red with chrome. Would the disaster prevention kit be a good back up just incase the DCR fails for some odd reason?
The DPK isn't capatible with the DCR. DCR is step one of PTT proofing ur rig
