- The grey squirrel. It can be illusive, shy, and at times hard to shoot. A bait station is a superb way of concentrating them in an area for humane dispatch.
My feeder has been in place since before the last shooting season at the request of the game keeper. These grey pests have been raiding the bird feeders and predate on the young birds nests including song/game birds.
Including this trip I’ve shot 21 out of this small wood.
I get asked a lot for links to the kit I'm using. So I've created a page you can find a bloody proportion of it including the small handles I put on all my scopes.

Thank you very much for watching.
Take care, stay safe and happy shooting.
Your videos are a real tonic. Love the comment about tea in the flask. Years ago I asked my good friend Major Cooper, Ex army if he would like a tea or coffee. He replied, tea old boy, we lost an empire when we started drinking that crap!
Stay safe and love the videos, more please.😷
I don't subscribe very often, But when Chris Tucker said "You know you're dead!" I hit the button as soon as I picked myself and the chair back up!
Your patience, tactics, marksmanship, and humor are "Spot on". Don't change a thing. Just keep them coming! :)
Glad you liked it. Hope you didn’t hurt yourself falling off your chair.
@@TeamFoxer All good. No snowflakes here!
Robin, Good show! Every one of those Lawn Rats you smoke makes my day.
Thanks mate, my feeders are now back up in two places so I'm looking to get some quality squirrel shooting in for December.
I like the filming style with the interludes & listening to the song birds, and the general walking shots you finish with. Makes the videos nice to watch.
Cheers Chris.
You were not lying about the intro Robin, nearly choked on my tea!!! Brilliant!!!!
You gotta have a giggle. Otherwise life’s too boring.
Indeed mate, apart from making me laugh with the classic intros I'm loving the channel by the way and hope you keep them coming!!
Trevor Collins as long as people want me to keep producing them and youtube don’t ban channels like mine. I’ll keep throwing stuff together every now and then.
Good for you!!! love your channel and nothing wrong with having a laugh!!!
These just get better and better - liking the movie clip interludes too.
Thanks mate.
I'm a lefty. Still love your videos. You aren't cruel and you're professional. What you do is necessary, some of us do appreciate that fact. Keep up the good work.
He is achieving what we all aim for..... less invasive greys in out country. More reds, songbirds etc.... don't be silly....you fool.
Go far enough left and you get your guns back.
great video as always, always good to see the greys taking a thumping. Another great snowflake intro as well, keep up the good work
i guess I'm pretty randomly asking but does anybody know of a good site to watch newly released tv shows online ?
@Andrew Karsyn flixportal :)
@Mauricio Brett Thank you, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there =) I really appreciate it!
@Andrew Karsyn You are welcome :)
I love the added clips, funny we think alike. Cheese puff ? Keep um coming, awesome shooting! Tom LI NY
I've Greys come into my loft and the little buggers wont take bait from the traps (tried peanut butter & chocolate) but no joy after a week, yet the alarm bells don't ring when they see 3-4 of their pals taking a nap on the floor! Great videography AND hunting skills.
Cracking video Robin, great angle from the gopro, quality footage from the pard. Very enjoyable
Thanks mate. I’m quite proud of this little film. It took me a while to put it all together.
Once again another great video! Thanks for not blurring out your work like other channels have been doing. I have already unsubscribed to 2 of them, censorship really sucks please keep your Channel free thanks again.
Thanks for watching. I’ll do what I can. I won’t sensor it too much but TH-cam themselves are pretty strict it would seem. It’s a shame there is isn’t an alternative that gives creators like me the same exposure and kick back for our efforts.
Now that was an enjoyable and productive ( for Team Foxer ) 18 1/2 minutes of squirrel eradication for the countryside! Thanks for this.
P.S. I was taught to always say 'thank you' for something that was given to me, especially if I will most likely enjoy it !
Nicely done, Robin.
Thanks mate.
Another Snowflake baiting intro? Good stuff!
Squirrel number 2 was a proper fatty... was..
The death disco dancing squirrel number 5 is my favourite though. Those feet scrabbling antics with its head in the sink reminded me of my nightclubbing days...
ah yes the conversations with "rallpphhh" or "heerrbbbb"
He's got happy feet! 🐧
love the intro Robin and great shooting as usual. I always look forward to your video's mate. Keep up the good work. :-)
Thanks mate. I’ll try for as long as I can.
Seriously considering one of these for my next airgun and what a great video I love country sports horse riding and shooting not to mention going ferreting I find it very therapeutic I get on better with animals that I do with people but that might be because I’ve got autism and learning difficulties I absolutely love going hunting so this channel is great fun
Thanks for saying so. Glad you like it.
Loved the intro. Cracked me up. Great shooting & great video.
Thanks Shane.
Great video Robin, and as always Cracking shooting thanks for this, Cheers
Cheers mate. Thanks for for stopping by again.
@@TeamFoxer Your welcome mate your videos are always great to watch, Cheers
This one cracked me up, I hit the like button before I even finished watching the vid. Great job
Thank you it’s very much appreciated.
Brother I Totally love your funny intro in this video🤣🤣🤣🤣. Keep up the good work!!!
chundulo glad you liked it.
Couldn’t agree more lol cheers from Houston Texas USA 🇺🇸
Awesome video Robin, well worth waiting for and the humour's an amusing bonus. :o)
Cheers. R
Thanks Russ.
Nicely done video... A little humor...nice, well thought out video production. I have this rodent problem in my garden area. You have given my some great ideas. Many Thanks!
Thank you for another excellent video Robin.
Geoff.
Thanks for stopping by once again.
A great episode Robin, I appreciate the time and trouble you put into producing videos like this with shots taken from different equipment, the shooting was the usual high standard as was the editing. Thoroughly enjoyed mate 👍. ATB... Billy.
Cheers Billy I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment.
Flask? Coffee?
Im in Texas and thought you meant whiskey. Lol
Great videos, sir.
Cheers
Thanks. I seem to have been watched a fair bit in Texas. It’s on my bucket list that. I fancy some hog hunting.
The go pro view is the best. We have a lot of trouble with the squirrels in our area getting in people's attics. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks for watching. You best get your rifle out and have a go at them.
Great video m8 as always, like the new angles with the cameras I have had 8 bushy tails over the last month
Well done.
Fantastic vid as always... The addition of "you been knocked the f#@k out" lmao!!!!! Only had my air arms a short time but in a woodland hide targeting them little buggers and watching the rest of the wildlife is brilliant! And yes I agree, all has to be enjoyed with a good strong cuppa lol!!
It’s hard to beat a good cuppa tea lol.
Excellent intro, very good comprehensive filming. Top notch stuff😉
Many thanks.
14:14 squirrel is like, "dude I smell blood on this board, I'm outta here!" 😂
His days are numbered.
Brilliant video footage and great shooting love your videos great to take out thee gray squirrels allowing the red to increase. Watching in from N.I👍🇬🇧
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it.
“No squirrels were harmed in the making of this video.” Well, that’s a relief!
That's what a murderer says when they're being questioned about a killing, " I would never hurt her." Yeah you didn't hurt anybody, you killed them!!! I had a daisy 10 pump pellet-BB rifle, kept it perfectly clean, that gun was lethal.
Dam fine actors, trained in england.
Your opening line had me in stitches 😂 Another great video 🙂
Lol thanks mate.
That opening line killed me! 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍🍻🍻🍻
what a lovely set up you have their, great vid keep em coming
Cheers Andy.
Thanks for helping our songbirds 👏
After watching you an corvids hunter with your feeders I have done the same a really good way to keep their numbers down and a real good way to spend an early morning . Another quality vid robin thanks for sharing your expertise all the best mate
Your camera clarity is exceptional!
Thanks mate. Go Pro’s and the Sony AX53 which you can find in the Team Foxer ship on Amazon. Links in the videos description.
Brilliant pest control Robin..
loving your comedy angle Robin Foxer !!
Really good eating there, three snowflakes just melted. LOL!!!! Keep up the vid's.
What a great video and even better intro haha happy shooting pal
Cheers mate.
Note to self.
If I see 6 dead bodies, do not eat. Run
Provided that the brain wins over the gut.
A rumbling belly soon overcomes any fear.
You have very nice birds. Good work eliminating the vermin squirrels.
Another great pet control video, thanks for sharing! 🙏
There are some beautiful birds in England. Very nice.
We’ve got some bloody awful predatory ones we’ve just been banned from shooting too! Thanks for watching.
Great video lived it I'm fairly new to feeder shooting I've had 27 in a month got 1 little shit who is as sharp as hell lol he will fall at some point keep up the good work
Thanks mate you’ll have to email me some of the clips. Maybe you can feature in a future episode.
Great job. Always enjoy your wonderful videos. Cheers from California mate.
I just LOVEEE your intros Rob!!! Smack, crash, bang and wallop into the faces of those moaners! P.S. Great video as always and especially that picturesque sunrise at the beginning was nice! Keep 'em up and keep 'em coming! 😎✌👌👍
Bare
Great vid Robin. No machismo bollox and humour throughout. Enjoyable watch!
David
Cheers David. All the best mate.
You know you got em good when ya hear that nice popping sound from the skull.
Robin you are a great filmmaker as well as a great shot
Really enjoy your vids my sister lives in the gulf of Carpentaria and there is many a wild pig 🐷 that needs your culling skills
Much love from Australia 🇦🇺❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺
Well thank you very much. I’d love to spend a few weeks shooting feral pigs in Aus. Maybe someone will put me up at some point in the future and I can make a dream come true. It would make for one epic film.
Anytime robin!!!!! We’ll look after you
Not coffee? Sucks to be you LOL. Damn good shooting. Always enjoy your vids.
DEAR GOD!,where has this channel been!! I just found it and instantly subbed!! Cheers from the the States!!
Hey Bruce thanks for finding me and subbing. Feel free to share as I’d love to get to a 100k subs. My daughter seriously want that plaque lol.
another fantastic video robin nice shooting
Cheers mate. It was a good morning.
5:47, I love these natural sounds mate. Consider recording the sounds as an aside... From Botswana, [Southern] Africa ;)
Thank you for all the hard work, much appreciated and enjoyed 👍🏻 Luxury hide that......got a cup holder 😄☕️ Cheers, Paul.
Gotta be comfy mate. It’s the key to shooting well. Same when I’m foxing. If I’m cold I’m not enjoying it.
this intro is amazing and the no squirrels harmed joking there dead as shiii 😂😂😂
Great video mate, loved the opening lines lol. Subed 👍🏻
Glad to have you onboard. Thanks for watching.
I live around the snowflakes, I want to go back to the sand and rocks.
Best intro EVER!
I’ve just watched this video back myself. It wasn’t quite a good one wasn’t it.
Cheer's nothing like a good cup of tea , and thanks for these really good videos.
Robin , I love your videos, your dry humor makes it perfect. I have a problem with Gray squirrels in my area of North Carolina (USA). Only trouble is neighbor properties are close by and I have to be very careful when shooting. I use a Crossman CO2 12 shot with Diablos pellets. My rig is no where as sophisticated as your gear but it gets the job done and is quiet. Dead Lawn Rats are a good thing. I also recycle as the local Hawks are my friends.
A very good vid. On a par or even better than the SHC who have gone all quiet right now. Very good work.
Thanks Mark I try to show the variety of shooting I do, in the style I feel represents my personality. I never thought I’d see 10,000 subs, let alone 30,000+. I genuinely appreciate everyone taking the time to comment and even just watch. Thanks again all the very best. RF 🦊👍
Brilliant shooting pal, keep up the good work 😁👍
Love that intro of yours. Instant like.
Cheers Luke.
first video of yours that ive watched and was enjoyable, subbed and hit the bell icon 👍🐿
Check out my latest video I posted yesterday “ close and personal” you’ll like that one.
Nice video I think I'm going to make me a feeder out of a glass jar. Cause I have a problem with mine getting wet in my wood box. So I'm gonna try a class jar, with Maybe a screen bottom so the moisture can go through if it rains. Nice shooting
Good hunting. Love the odd bit of humor too.😹
POV NW thanks for watching.
Great video robin👍
Thank you sir.
"No squirrels were harmed in the making of this video..."
Good one Robin more please.
I’ll try.
Great editing job also
Thanks mate. This one took a while.
@@TeamFoxer Worth it though. R
Nice one pal, keep up the good work 😁👍
Cheers Phil I’ll try.
Nice shooting mate 👍👍👍
Thanks mate.
Snowflakes are melting, lol. Excellent!
As usual, a great video.
Thanks for watching.
Nice set up...very similar to mine...I even have the same pick-up in dark blue..Lol..I went old school back to a TX200HC in .177 heavy but pellet on pellet at 40yards. I cleared an Estate in Sussex of 332r Grey's over a 2yr period. I found using a caller works wonders too in spring and summer breeding season
I’ve heard that calls can work quite well.
Brilliant stuff mate.... on a par with SHC... Keep up the good work. Learning a lot from you. Cheers 👍🏼
No squirrels harmed in the making of this video.. I'm lying, there dead as shit! I was had to watch! Bravo!
Thanks for watching. Glad you liked the intro.
🤠😂 I Loved This One! No Tree Rats Were Harmed in The Making of This Video,😂 I’m Lying They are Dead As #Hit!😂😂😂😂🤠
I thought it was a little bit humorous at the time.
Getting rid of pests is always a reason to laugh and celebrate🥂
nice shooting. just a thought they sell a scope mount that will bring your scope forward by a few inches might make it easier when using ur add-on's. glass jar did make me giggle. like your hide atvb jim
I like how you make sure that your gun is sighted in but you don’t make sure it is loaded. Lol
G'day mate, Gary here from North Queensland Australia. When I was a young lad (bit over 50 years ago) we could only buy 3 brands of "slugs" for my air rifle and I can only remember 2 of the brands. One was "Wasp" and the other were called "Blackboy". Have you ever heard of these brands? Buy the way I enjoy your shooting, wish I was there!
Indeed I have. In fact I have a ton of wasps in the Garrage with a blue lid. I remember them from I was a lot younger myself.
@@TeamFoxer Lol...And with that reply, they can't be a very good slug. LOL
Great video
Thanks mate.
That was coffee in that thermos...... good shooting I like your setup
Successful morning with a good cup of tea. Song birds will benefit.
Indeed. This is why so many of them are on the feeder I think.
Can i ask Does having dead squirrels on the floor put others off from feeding or are they removed every kill or would that put them off more thanks guys
I’ve done both. I find there more unsettled if there’s bodies on the floor. That said if there hungry they’ll still feed. They’ll just take a lot longer to settle.
Love your intro warning
Anyone seen my pet Squirrel?....😢
Great shooting Robin 😉.
Liked and already Subscribed. 👍
Cheers 🙏
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
There's something so satisfying watching skinnys getting destroyed.
Keep the squirrel hunting coming love
It
Enjoy your videos! You comment about no squirrels being hurt in this video is partly true. Only the heads were damaged.
Can you get much for a squirrel hide in England? Do you ever eat any of them? I have been told they are pretty good Bar-B-Qed. Never had any myself.
I got a 177 gamo shadow it’s good and accurate at 50 yards if you keep the barrel cleaned I got like 7 or 8 squirrels with it
Need more slow mo action...we love that here in the states...thanks
Thank you very much for watching. Hoping to come over and make a video on US soil in the future.
I may be mistaken but I don't think we have so many different types of beautiful birds in the Eastern part of the state of Texas. Do you eat the squirrels you shoot or perhaps feed them to a pet? Your videos are a real joy to watch sir.
Thanks for watching mate. I’ve been there this week and shot another 4. I’m editing that video for release within the next week. Plus I’ve literally just got in from another ratting session. I feed the squirrels to birds of prey and ravens that my best mate keeps.
Close up and personal you’ll enjoy. That’s probably my best squirrel video to date.
@@TeamFoxer Outstanding use of a fine species of targets. I've only just stumbled onto your site and I can see that I probably have a decent amount of Robin Foxer binge watching coming up soon.
Nice work mate!!!
An outstanding video
Thanks for watching.
You have fixed the feeding board onto a LIVE TREE with a steel screw. YECCHH. Someone is going to have a really nasty surprise at the saw mill.
No ones cutting those trees down anytime within the next 20/40 years. I’ll have removed the board and screws way before then.
Olli Turunen bore off mate. Who actually sits there and thinks, “oh my goodness, the sawmill are going to have a field day with this...”?
Well at least the feelings of the tree might be hurted.
