- Hey guys, in this episode Ive been out reducing pest numbers in a domestic garden for the owner. Ive have been here before and had 17 in one sitting. It wasn't the most productive session I've ever had. But it was good fun never the less.

I planted a garden. Plant green beans every two weeks to keep a fresh supply. First ones got about 2 inchs tall day or to later.. Gone. Stub left. 2 nd beans. Found 2 rabbits eating 2 plant. Just didn't have the heart to kill them. From a life time hunter turned whoss. Don't care if others do.

Excellent video. I have managed 5 squirrels in the past 2 weeks from my peanut feeder in my garden. I am struggling with the rabbits though. They are staying in my flower borders and eating all my plants. Might invest in some night vision for my SMK to see if I can do any better in the evening.

you can also sell rabbit skins for fly tying as well as eating the meat...

Is that suppressor on the Air Arms rifle come with it or is it an extra piece? Good shooting mate. Perhaps a gel bag on a larger tripod would be steadier and less wiggly. Just a suggestion!👍🏻😊
At the Holiday Inn, Warrington, you will find scores of rabbits, to the rear.
Great vid mate but wow I would not be comfortable shooting next to that road on your 3rd rabbit defo with the LR
TIM Derham only one rabbit was shot with the LR, the first one. Which I missed. I then went back to the car and changed to the Air rifle. Everything thereafter including the 3rd rabbit was shot with that. I never take an unsafe shot.

Normally 20/25 yards.
The cross hairs on the LR scoped Gun looked to be not quite Horizontal/Vertical so may have been some Parallax Error?? Good enough for foxes re a bigger target but might have missed that rabbit because of that?? Yep' cross hairs are on the piss even though the 2nd rabbit hit home!!

Varmint Journal it’s handy but at the same time can be a pain when you get call after call and haven’t enough time to get round it all.
To answer your other question it the LA101 Lithgow. I think they only do the one HMR just with different stock options.

Hi rob, when you’re fox shooting you use GS 500 fox caller why did you choose that caller?? Why not the GS 300 I’m looking to buy a new fox caller can’t make up my mind.
Springer spaniel so the main reason was because of the remote, it have a visible display making it much easier to see at night and select you’re favorite call. Recently it’s fallen off the roof of my truck twice as I’ve driven off down the road and it’s still fine. Remote range is insane. That’s why.

A muntjac. Britain’s smallest deer. An introduced species which can be shot all year round.

Hi, I have NS Wolf and can not get a straight vertical line, horizontal is clear and focused while on the vertical I can not see clearly the markings.The optics is Nikko Stirling Nightfighter FT retycle,Is it possible that optics or lenses are a problem?

exup83 I think it unlikely to be the camera on the NS if the horizontal line is in focus. You can eliminate it by trying the NS setup on a mates scope I suppose.
@@TeamFoxer when I turn the camera 90 degrees, the vertical line is in a horizontal position and is perfectly clean,my doubts also fall on the LCD screen that pixels are a real problem because the horizontal lines are perfect while verticals work problem

Those Rabbits are not very smart I have never seen a rabbit set still when it's bud got shot 5"foot away and he's bouncing around.

What do you do with the rabbit meat?
They all get used as food. Either for human or animal.

What distance is your S510 zero’d in at?
Ken Abell normally about 20 yards. Then I simply record the drops and use the marks on the scope when going out to 50 or so.

james swampy yes the ATN sight seems to be a very good quality scope, and has extremely good picture reproduction when reviewing the footage afterwards. Though because it’s dedicated is no good to me. I need to move from one gun to the next as in this video.

Gareth Brown it was about 30 yards. Don’t worry though. In the next video I redeem myself. Should be finished and upload within the next couple of days.

Because I mange a large wild bird shoots pests. Crow predate heavily on pheasant and partridge eggs.

Robin I’d say you are a lot more successful at huntin wabbits than Elmer Fudd, after watching him for years I never saw him shoot a single wabbit.
What I would love to see is if these rabbits are safe to consume if you can do a cooking video with the rabbit meat. I eat mine in curry whenever I hunt for them but would love to see what you English chaps do with them.

Michael Twissell it’s actually an FAC rated gun. However it wouldn’t have been shooting much if any above legal limit in this video. It has a dial that allows you to turn the power up and down. From 8ftlbs all the way to 33.
@@TeamFoxer you are a good shot you don't really need FAC,but there some people on you tube who do, 5 shots to kill one rat.
Michael Twissell I don’t have it for that reason.
I have paddocks I look after where I can’t use the .22LR because of backstop. The HMR is way too loud. But I do need 60yard killing. Therefore this suits. I then don’t have to have a sub 12 for using indoors as this rifle does both.
