Awsome painting! The only good thing about a pandemic, more of your videos! I’m just a first time ever beginner in my older years. Always wanted to try, but was so confused. Really enjoying your work and the videos Charles. I started in oils last year, having been inspired by the 'Bob Ross' route. However, really thinking that acrylics might be the way for me to go now, seems to be a bit more versatile and forgiving for a new learner like me! You are inspiring a generation of new painters. Thankyou!

This one reminded me of Yaverland beach near Sandown on the Isle of Wight and as that is our dog’s favourite place I felt inspired to get out the paints and have a go at it. Having managed to turn out a rough representation of your picture I even ventured to attempt adding myself, the wife and the staffador (lab x staff) himself. Unlike most of my attempts at painting, this one had me actually digging deep to buy a frame and put it on the wall which is testimony to your excellent tutorial videos. Hope to see many more.

Is it possible to draw a picture of Aivazovsky's "the Ninth shaft" in one session, or is it a complex picture?
