Thanks for this and other great videos. Based on your advice, we tried a hybrid meeting of about 40 people in room and 40 online. The Plantronics microphone/speaker you recommended was critical to good participation. Unfortunately, our plan to use multiple in-room phones as cameras was sunk by overloaded venue WiFi - glad you highlighted good Internet connectivity in this latest video.

Thanks for watching! And good luck with the next one!
Hi there . This is very helpful. I am planning a meeting in a big auditorium where the speaker will be presenting online and participants are sitting in the auditorium. Please elaborate the option with a mixer, so that Q& A session can be run smoothly. Thank you

I belong to a small book club of 13 members plus a facilitator. We had feedback and echoes from the facilitator’s laptop during our last meeting. What is the most simple way to stop this?
Marcus - I am teaching teachers in school districts via Zoom. I like to have people on separate computers, so I can see their faces and gauge their understanding of what I am teaching. I want to be able to talk to each participant individually at some times. Can you help me do that without audio feedback that is deafening?
Hi there! I am doing an iMovie for my Moms Zoom Memorial. I am hosting Zoom. How do I tell participants to go to "full screen " on their computer so that they ONLY see the video and no boxes or faces during the video? presentation

Can you link up two speakerphones for a larger conference room?

Hi, several of the recommended bits of kit are no longer available. Can you recommend updates, please?
Good idea! I'll see if I can update my list.
