Can you please explain why you are driving the Matrix output pins back to the board? Using the matrix's input should be enough to run the program. Usually the OUTPUT pins of the matrix should be used to connect to the next RGB matrix in CHAIN. Interconnecting the the signals from the Matrix output PIN and conecting it back to the Greean 1 of the same panel's input pin makes no sense. All R1, R2, G1, G2, B1 and B2 should be connected to the ESP. Iam not familiar with pxmatrix library but I also do not see the RGB(1) and RGB(2) pins defined in your code. I supposed is it hartd coded in the library itself but this wiring makes no sense to me.
