Couple of suggestions, a missile guidance computer with precision script will always out perform a target painter when solo, especially a stacking penalized and unbonused one; a nemesis with thermal torps will do mich better against the serpentis rats (although youre literally one jump away from guristas rats); you didnt factor into your isk calculation your ammunition costs and youre using quite expensive ammunition that is not worth using for ratting; the cov ops cloak is the best defensive module on a bomber, much more them the curremt router and shield extender are; despite all this is still an interestimg idea, espescially for raising adms in contested space

I would recommend having your intel chat separated from local (you have plenty of space on the right of your loca chat to place it), so you can keep tabs on both at the same time. Great video!

If you ever make a playlist with golden tips on how to make isk, this one should definately be in it. A ship that can break even with 3 tics, and can do that much dps for "only" 67m isk, lowers the barrier of trying out nul sec ratting.
I'd go with riggor rig instead of bay loading since frigs are the problem with this strategy, also standard crash is 2mil and i think over the hour it would more then pay for itself by letting you get your damage onto bigger targets faster. I would also experiment with 1 tp 1 missle computer, 1 mgc 2 rigors gets exposion radius down to 145. But need a pwg impant. But even one rigor is 160ish it should let you consistently 2 and 3 shot the frigs. Also considering you dont need tank id love to see you drop the shield extender have dual tp 1 mcu and fit a bomb launcher and use a bomb per site :) full try hard lol
and one thing to consider as well. The bounty risk modifier is at 200% that's why your getting that tick, try it in a 100% brm system. your tick wont be that high.

I've dropped the shield extendor for mgc and anc rig for flare 2 or rigor 1, can haul two mtu and carry just barely enough ammo for two sites. Got 15mill tick
Why are you using the manticore without the covert ops cloak and you have the room to fit it? It doesn't affect your targeting speed so there's no reason not to run one.
@@markleitch9932 Only requires to switch to a compact target painter and it'll fit. But if he's doing ratting in a system with stations where he can refit, doesn't really need the covert ops. You can't activate it if you're being targeted by rats anyway. I have one in mine so I can fly around nullsec safely.

Well looks nice, but it´s crap for the most ppl. For that you need a "save" 00, otherwise you could be plobed instant out of your ship. Well there is doing Dread Sites with Eskalation chance mutch better and saver!
with some play around fit like polarized torps, diff rigs for application, maybe standard crash imo will do more than afk ishtar for about 2 times less price even after ammo fees

Even with 2x rigor catalyst rigs and standard crash its kinda hard to kill frigs, but about the same profit as ishtar. Im solo char player so cant actually increase profits with more windows, this way solo purifier stonks bcause of 2 times less price. For multiboxing ishtars still much more valuable
@@Aceyface for salvaging you wanted to get noctis. It's a cool machine, but quite slow flying and more yammy for enemies. Catallist with 7 salvagers and anything for capstab and agility is a great option. That is what i use at least.
I was doing much bigger orbits, I thought it would reduce damage, but you seem to do fine at 20kms. Still puts you a bit close to the warpin point, aren't you worried a fast tackler can warp in and tackle you before you can align and warp out?

thats the bonus for this fit though, you're fast af so dont need local (the system he is in is coalition staging so local can be 300+ easily) just watch grid as there's always nuets in there.
It depends on where you rat in null tbh. In busy systems it can be ok cos enemies may be busy elsehwer. but i live in a super quiet dead end system and mtus are pretty safe. mostly

Game is so bad. Extremely long and boring travel time, consisting of loading screens and the occasional interdictor gank from which you have basically no way to escape from; yes there are external tools to check for kills in systems but that only makes travelling even more tediou(also someone has to be the first one to die for the tools to warn you ). Pvp basically impossible outside of FW, unless you are multiboxing gate camping or camping wormholes for hours in your 100m cloaky astero to kill a 8m ( sister probes making half the killmail ) t1 explorer ( if you can call any of this "pvp"). PvE is not rewarding at all, you need several hours of it ( with high skill ) to be able to afford a decent ship; lmao to people saying " watch a movie while ratting" if I wanted to watch a movie I wouldn't be playing a game. Exploration has been destroyed by bots, and even if it wasn't it's a repetitive boring activity with huge RNG, not to mention the cargo scanners who make you waste time scanning a site which has mostly been looted. Hauling is a joke unless you got a jump freighter ( and even then, is the payout really worth the risk and the hassle?) New player experience is sisters of eve arc followed by a 2 omega months wait in order to be able to fit a navy ship with t2 modules and loose it to rancer gankers or max skills 10y players. Just stop playing and let it die. The most fun solo gameplay of this game on youtube is a guy camping the perimeter gate with 3 accounts 8 hours a day fighting against loot stealing bots. Lmao
Completely agree with OP. Coming from someone who still has the box set and disc from launch, this game is not what the founding fathers had in mind. Micro transactions have done what micro transactions do.
Actually the play here is do just run a bomber with your Ishtar on the same site. Faster than as solo ishtar and close to Marauder clearing speed. Just have your Ishtar drones assist your bomber.

there is a button on the left of the launchers that groups them all together so you only have to hit one button to shoot all 3

if you follow this fit there isin't enough CPU for the covops cloak although for travelling switching off a single torp launcher you can use a cloak
with lvl 5 skills after swapping to a 2nd tp it isn't reduced enough to fit one?@@markleitch9932

The whole point of this fit is if you lose a ship due too a gank you lose half a hour of ratting vs 20

Cargo space is a problem with using a SB. Especially if you are using MTU's.
i can run this without the current router and swapped it out for a warhead flare catalyst 1 for hitting the small stuff more effectively

if you look at hull bonuses, each level of covops = 15% boost to kinetic torp damage, you are probably missing out a lot of those
