The Philips QuickClean Juicer HR1871 not only looks good, it extracts an exceptional amount of juice out of your fruits and vegetables.
It's named after how quickly it produces the juices, but also how quick it is to clean.
The QuickClean features easy assembly of all parts, dishwasher safe sections, and two speed settings.
Watch a demonstration of apple juice being made and a special concoction of healthy fruits and vegetables.

This is the only video that give the correct way to dis-assemble the juicer parts. The other videos available on youtube are showing the wrong and dangerous procedure.
I bought the Philips juicer 4/5 years ago, used it nearly everyday and it's still going strong. Juice master is the best, I enjoy his book. ps I like this new model too.
How is the juicer going after 15 years?
i use mine many times a day, totally recommend it. my son who refused to drink anything but water now requests carrot juice daily (w/ some veg secretly thrown in of course). HOWEVER, all the marketing hype about "quick clean" borders on lies - yes its easy to assemble, quick to juice & reasonably quick to clean; but the fine mesh ALWAYS needs a thorough scrub, coz fibres get trapped in it;takes me around 5 min to clean, not 1 minute as they claim. Its a great product, dont need lies to sell it.
I realize it's quite randomly asking but do anyone know of a good place to watch newly released series online ?
@Kristopher Zachariah flixportal :D
@Cairo Gibson thanks, signed up and it seems to work =) Appreciate it !
@Kristopher Zachariah happy to help xD
This is so satisfying to watch those fruits and vegetables becoming juice omg !
Princesse Bunny yaaaaa awesome
you can blend the nuts (with water) to make almound milk etc.
Buying this.. First thing in the morning
"it wont damage your fruit", it literately shreds your fruit to juice.
Just noticed on the Philips website that they now have a more powerful 1000w version of this same juicer. I don't know when it will be available here in the U.K., but I think I'll wait for that one.
thats a really nice presentation
Nice presentation, thanks for sharingm Thinking of getting one myself. Would eat all veggies I normally don't
You're welcome Gitte Robertson. It's certainly an easy and healthy way to get up to the recommended five-a-day!
I love this juicer
I love her!
Great presentation, clear and simple thanks now I'm going to get one 👍😁
i just got it and its amazing. but im not so sure about the "quickclean" part
I always eat the pulp especially of oranges, carrots and apples. Its delicious and probably quite good for you too. Although if you end up juicing say three or four oranges you dont relaly need to eat all of it, thats a bit much..I usually eat about a little less than half of the pulp and throw the rest out.
If you follow her instructions be ready to burn the motor very quickly. Phillip clearly warns that the machine must be turned on before juicing fruits or veggies. She is making hot apple cider because she is forcing the apples through the machine
You are 100% right. She probably NEVER read the user manual before presenting this video. Always must switch on the juicer first before you put in the fruits/vegies in the inlet valve, and must not use force to push down the fruits to hasten the juicing time in order to maximize juicing output.
Superb experience
Hi , Iam using this maschine since two weeks.Amazing. so easy to clean. Only the sound is very loud but it have powerful motor so i think its normal. But i have to protect my ears. I saw this demo video today otherwise i was peeling Beet. I was scared if i put whole Beet inside it was very loud. Beet and kale leaf iam having problem any Suggestion?
Otherwise it is wonderful maschine . I make lot of juice because juice is my food. Thanks
0:53 "it won't damage the fruits" LMFAO
it just destroy it and there will be nothing called fruit inside of it LOL
Spot on 😂😂🤣
When you put the apple in did you cut off the middle section (inedible pieces)
Can you pour water into it like other juicers? (For juicing nuts & seeds)
I love it
I finally got this juicer. Made only one juice so far but very impressed with how easy it is to use and clean. My big question is - can you put an entire lime or orange inside or must I cut citrus fruits prior? I do not want to damage the machine.
CT
this machine is f* awesome!
You say speed 1 for apples but the manual says use speed 2 for apples.
is this useful to make cane juice?
looks like you do a lot of force to push them down.
Is this philips one better than a hurom Hu400 slow juicer?
you should eat the oranges with the pulp (it contains calcium..) so if you want orange juice, eat the pulp after that
Just bought one waiting for it to be delivered I'm pretty excited, hopefully I wont be dissatisfied
So its been 6 years since you bought it. How has it held up through out the years, Are you still using it?
Wow so nice
I will like this style but slow juicer
the remaining pulp is better to preserve in freezer to use when you want to make soups... etc because it has valuable fiber for colon cleaning
Great tip MonkeyBlueAss. There is certainly some nutritional value remaining in the pulp that can be utilised. You can also try using it for patties, rissoles, or in spring rolls :)
How much is this and where can I get one to buy online for delivery in london
Hi mam
How to clean pls Full video
hurom juicer is a slow juicer not as frothy ...and no juice separation
Hi +JustMe Me. You can juice all your fruits and leafy vegetables through the Philip QuickClean Juicer to make sure you get a whole variety of vitamins in your drink!
Appliances Online Australia I regreted getting Tefal yesterday due to salesperson's persistance recommendation. I was going to get Philips brand at that time. Fortunately i am able to exchange it back
for this machine !
pl.price Philips juicer 1874
Where did you guys find this person?
Madem my I purchased this jucer in travelling period my jucer lock system and handle broken pl tell any sevicing shop in hyd
I'm intersted in buying one (live in Poland) but I don't know what version to choose. here are avaialble w300, w500, w600, w700, w900, w1000... is the corelation simple (more power the better).
Hi Joanna Kucharska. Usually, the stronger the motor power a product has, the more juice you can get from your fruit and vegetables.
Philips tell us they measure the difference of performance in terms of the number of litres of juice you can produce in one go.
For example, the Philips 800~1000W juicers make up to 2.5L of juice in one go. The 700W juicer (HR1855) makes up to 2.0L juicer in one go.
We hope this helps you pick the correct juicer for your needs...
These units motors are notorious for breaking down..
without seeing the test of fruits, it may land you in heaven...
sigh...gab is amazing. now looking at this on amazon.
She certainly knows her stuff Iamhassentme...
Of course you can, why wouldn't? You can you make to excellent salsa or puree of it
I sadly bought a Philips 1853 and it gives juice which is pulpy . More like juice coming from a blender.
What's her name?
How much
wondering something. When you juice fruits with skinn on, for exampel lemon, or orange, do not the skinn also mixes into the juice? And , do you not need to wash the skinn on these friuts first? imange how many people have toutching these fruits with there hands , lots of germs and bacteria will end up in the juice!?
That's a great point crippa1983. Some juicers you can put the whole fruit through, including the skin, but we would always recommend washing the produce under warm water before-hand to get rid of any bacteria or wax...
how much mam
purchase this machine.. ( and still in da box) at Doha, Qatar. However i didnt get the books. Please advise where is should get it.
+Eskayvie Serdang You can find product manuals to this model on our website. www.appliancesonline.com.au/philips-quickclean-juicer-hr1871/
How much please prize
muy sonoro, parece que va a reventar, recomiendo diseñar uno mas silencioso.
nice
when we put in the orange....the seeds in orange gives bitter taste when juice comes out.....so the juicer i use the taste gets bitter....is there any needs to take out the seeds of orange in this philips juicer?or i just cut the orange from outside and put it in directly?will the juicer extract the pulp and seeds?both?please help me to take a decision to take new juicer
Hi Yatrik. You can put through all your fruits in the Philips QuickClean, skins, seeds and all. It will separate the pulp, leaving you with just the juices you want. But if it is still too bitter, try not including skin in future. Should the flavour still not be to your taste, try juicing some apples with it to sweeten it up.
Whether is it available in India
Hi uma jagadish. If you contact Philips in India using this website: www.philips.co.in/ they should be able to recommend a retailer that stocks this product...
By juicing you might get some micronutrients/ vitamins but you will also miss out on a lot of important fibers which maintains and improves your digestion... Additionally your sugar intake most likely will go up , probably not the best buy if you are trying to loose weight. I wonder how many vitamins and minerals go to the bin??
You're right about not throwing the vitamins and minerals away findmads. There is certainly some nutritional value remaining in the pulp that can be utilised. We recommend using it for patties, rissoles, or in spring rolls.
You can use carrot and beetroot pulp for muffins:-)
Brilliant.. look..first run the machine then add up your fruit & veges
You will be positive save from motor Failure errors later on
Putting the fruit with the peel there is a risk of eating any pesticides, what do you think about that?
Always take the skins off , or else pesticide juice.
Buy organic!
i still prefer just apple juice than jungle one :)
If you don't mind the extra cyanogenic compounds in the apple seeds, go ahead!
it´s not easy to clean, as the fruit residues get stuck in the strainer
If u juice citrus fruits with this juicer like oranges , sweet lime , they taste frothy and bitter
excellent juicer, but motor burns very quickly, i tried 5 and none of them lasted no longer than 4 weeks :(
Zara Rasuli, sorry to read you had issues with this product. If you were within the warranty period, you should be able to have it replaced...
Philips Juicer technical upgrade to address motor issue: October 2014 Philips improved the robustness of this juicer to meet customers’ increased usage of the product. This model has been fitted with a higher quality motor and has passed testing to ensure that it works under extreme voltage environments (peaks of voltage up to 270V) and extreme stress with hard fruits / vegetables (continuous juicing of 40 kg of carrots and apples).
Thanks for the update on the update ***** . Hopefully this add some reassurances Zara Rasuli...
they obviously do ..
Where I shall get in India .
kalyani mahapatra u can buy on Amazon.in the 1.5 or 2 liter version
Wow got to get one of those things the noise would really piss the neighbours off !! , secondly if it was so easy to clean why didn't she demonstrate cleaning when dirty instead of when clean??
It's OK with carrots & fleshy fruits but failed on the third day of pressing ginger. The metallic filter just reapped open. Another problem though, 2 side clips are very fragile when the plastic bits breaks, you got a Boeing trying to take off in your kitchen ✈️👈😅
Don't buy it if you're a production factory or restaurant who's going to press a lot of ginger.
so...once again I caved in....my daughter loves the juice we make with this...particularly apple juice.
it's a great machine. just buy it ffs.
We agree Iamhassentme. It is a cracking machine and can produce plenty of tasty juices. We hope you keep enjoying the health kick.
Deveria ter + demostração. legal

Please only use organic fruits if you put the fruit peel and all.
its too big ...and i am lazy to wash it
if you really want to get the best out of your juice you need to get a cold press/masticating/twin gear/vert juicer the oxidation and heat produced in centrifugal blenders kills of some of the vitamins and enzymes in the veg, also centrifugal blenders aren't good at extracting juice from leafy greens :( that being said I HAVE to use a centrifugal until i save the £400 I need to buy a decent cold press and It's better off to have a lower quality juice than none at all :D
Not true for all juices. The Centrifugal (Philips/Breville etc) Juicer are more suitable for hard fibre fruits/vegies such as celery, carrots, beetroots, apples, pineapples, broccoli, cauliflower compare to cold press slow juicer; but less suitable for green leafy vegetables, softer fibre fruits. I had both types of juicer (Kuvings, Breville) plus my faithful Nutribullet Prime 1000W. The celery and Kale fibre always get stuck on the Kuvings Cold Press pulp outlet which also slows down the cleaning times. As such, I can't juice lots of celery juices at one go.
its a pity that it takes an hour to dismantle it, no instructions given in packaging
more like 5sec even for a firstgrader.. but hey...
yeah, really. it's extremely easy and fast to dismantle. i can't see anyone struggling with it to be honest.
sounds about right
what about fibre and seed toxins
Hi Korrapati Baburao. We recommend you use the pulp to make patties, rissoles, or even put it in spring rolls, to ensure you utilise all the fibre and nutritional benefits. The dose of toxins in apple seeds is small enough that your body can easily detoxify it, so that's why we put the apples in whole.
ok how can i get in India and how much
Korrapati Baburao, check out the range available in India here: www.philips.co.in/c-m/consumer-products
if i was you i would put those noisy people in the machine
People at the back were noisy.

I have a slow juicer that is way more effective than this. Cleaning is also faster, just rinsing under a tap.
Which one do you have?
@@limorblum4200 It is a Biovita that I bought in Romania
Slow Juicer are better
it doesn't look too good in my opinion, there isn't much juice more foam
banana?
kupię sobie te markowe urządzenie i zrobię sobie soczek o 24 godz bo mieszkam w bloku i mam sąsiada który wierci udarem

Unsatisfyed with this product, it isn't that easy to disassemble it and it takes time to clean it up. I would not recommed.
2 apples= 300ml of juice &
Some Broccolli stocks, 1/2 lemon, some zuchini, cucumber, some cellery, 1beet, 2 carrots, 1 orange and 2 peices of pineapple and slice of ginger = hardly 400ml juice.🤔Why?????
Why would you want to throw out the pulp??? Eat that too!!!
Yeah, why didn't we think of that at the time?! The less food that goes to waste, the better!
Yeah unless your using lemon skins, pineapple skins and apple and citrus seeds.. it would be bitter I assume
This is not quick to clean and produces soooo much pulp. a bag of carrots got me less than 200 ml. It took me 10 minutes to clean not the 1 minute as advertised.
Dan Lew, sounds like a lot of carrots went into the machine! That volume may have caused performance issues, and made it slightly harder to clean than on most occasions. All the pulp can be used for patties, rissoles, or even spring rolls...
Appliances Online Australia Ooh good idea :) After a few more uses I take back what I said its a good little machine BUT it does not take a minute to clean. It does take a good 5 minutes to clean it properly.
Hi Dan Lew . Glad to read you're getting more out of your machine now. Five minutes isn't too bad, and maybe Gab just gets it down to a minute because she's such a pro on the product :)
Dan Lew Hi Dan! To make your daily life faster and easier you can also decide to just rinse the parts (wash the sieve however) on daily basis right after juicing and wash it properly once a week. That's how I do it to make my morning juicing super fast :)
+Appliances Online Australia I just got this machine today. I juiced 2 apples 3 oranges and 2 kiwis and i cleaned my machine in literally a minute.
Jason Vale is a scammer, promoting that fusion juicer
God it's loud

Hahhaha background noise
salar morsali Due to the working nature of the showroom where we filmed, we unfortunately had some background noise. We've moved into a studio to film, so we'd like to think we've improved no end when it comes to our new material! Check out our latest Philips reviews here: th-cam.com/video/R14cjD48Xg4/w-d-xo.html
sexy voice :-) you did get it from jungle juice?
That is correct, Cat Zingaro. We believe it's down to leaving the skin ON when throwing the pineapple in. :)
DO NOT purchase this juicer.. mine was Faulty/Returned FOUR TIMES & the last time a certified philips "repair center" returned it to me "UN REPAIRED!", COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
