Watching these videos always makes me hungry! I've been on a Ramen craving streak lately (thankfully there are practically unlimited varieties of flavors/ toppings/ & ways to serve Ramen)!!! This time I made a version that is most likely completely American in flavor - Cheese Sausage Ramen with a Beefy broth!
mexican american here, a michelad has essentially tajin chili spices, tomato juice, clam juice, and the sour flavor is called chamoy and it is made from tamarind. lime juice is in there also and usually a pinch of soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. now you can make your own. Btw i love your channel Eric, and have enjoyed it for many years . thank you for sharing

It's so ODD how little I see vending machines in the US now 😭 Typically only in hospitals, or offices. And only ever the typical processed snack foods you can get cheaper in stores 😢 (if you even like those types of snack... I don't any more, everything tastes so bad here nowadays)
I have problems with cholesterol and a re-occuring plugged artery and heart attack. I now spend a lot of time watching other people clog up their arteries! Lol Part of ithat is I finally had to switch to a mostly plant based diet. As I have I find myself gravitating towards Asian sauces and seasonings to help give things umami and to stop them from being bland or boring. Love your videos and the wide assortment of foods you showcase. Need to get you to rate a Guga Steak!

The Mexican taste preferences are very interesting to me. Those make it yourself cups are neat, they remind me of the chili powder covered suckers from Mexico which are delicious🎉

It’s amazing to hear about how different the culture is there compared to the US. Like with the cheese on a sandwich being rare there. Cheese is almost standard in the US on sandwiches

also we always add more beer as it gets lower then when the spice flavor gets too watered down we add more michelada mix
