    I would fry the onions first then add the meat and sauce. Does taste delicious. The video could move faster...

      @@asakusa-tokyokitchen I forgot to say thank you for adding ginger to a recipe .. I have it, but never know what to do with it. Also, I would like to know whether I could use teriyaki sauce instead of the ingredients you used to have the same effect?🌹

      Linda, teriyaki sauce is just 2 parts sake, soy, and mirin, to 1 part sugar. Google kunihiro teriyaki chicken TH-cam and he's got a great recipe. Japanese sushi chef who spent 15 years in L.A.
