GYUTARO is not actually only a name. Any male servant working at the district was called Gyutaro. That means no one gave him his own name when he was born as a human.
Fun fact: “Gyu” is a call geishas call that they use to draw in customers. It roughly translates to “come over here” or “come here” and “Taro” means “Boy”. So Gyutaros mother literally named him “Come here, boy.”
Pretty sure is was confirmed in the manga or by the creator can't really remember but it said *If Nezuko hadn't been distracted by the bleeding human she woulda continued to beat Daki's ass until FUCKING SUNRISE* ...Thats terrifying.

while i kinda wish we'd see more of Nezuko fighting because she's so freakin' awesome, just like with Zenitsu becoming a beast when he's unconscious, I learned to appreciate that they don't happen too often because if they make it too frequent, it will probably feel less hyped.

I don’t think Daki is the upper. Her brother is apart of her but she only gets stronger if he shares his power with her and he hasn’t. Maybe they are but to me it looks like he is the true upper but it’s a 2-1 deal. Cause there’s no way they can both be it and no way she is cause she’s way weaker.
They both are upper rank 6. If they weren't both upper 6, then they only need to cut Gyutaro's head off. But no, one does not die if the other does not as well. That means they are both Upper six, its official and canon. Daki also has a hashira kill count. But Gyutaro is the stronger half

Both of them are actually upper moons, in the manga Muzan allowed that. Though Daki is the weaker one.
