Ingredients:-
Lotus root (kamal kakdi ) - 500gm
Onion - 2
Garlic - 5,6
Haldi powder - 2 small tbsp
Red chili powder - 2 small tbsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1 glass
Soaked rice paste - small half bowl
Mustard oil - 2 big tbsp
Jeera - 1 small tbsp
Hing - 1 chutki
Instructions:-
Ek cooker mein 500 gm kamal kadki daalni hai fir 2 onions and 5-6 garlic ka paste, 2 small tbsp haldi powder, 2 small tbsp red chili powder, namak swad anusar, paani 1 glass daalna hai and stir karke acche se cooker band kar dena hai. Wait karna hai 3-4 whistles ka, uske baad transfer kar dena hai ek plate pe thanda hone 7 min ke liye. Thanda hone ke baad usme soaked rice ka paste daalna hai and acche se saari kamal kakdi ko coat kar dena hai. Ek lohe ki kadhai mein 2 bade tbsp mustard oil daalke garam hone dena hai. garam hone ke baad usme 1 tbsp jeera or 1 chutki hing daalni hai fir coat kari hui kamal kakdi daalni hai and bhunni hai acche se ulat pulatke 10 min ke liye.
Apki kamal kakdi ( lotus root ) ki sabji tayyar hai. aasha karti hu apko pasand aya hoga ye naya tareeka.
