This doesn't mean you guys should just cut out carbs and sugar. Sure it may not be great for skin but your body relies on this for energy. What matters it balancing it out so don't eat too much but just don't eat it all the time lol
There's a difference between simple carbs and sugars, and complex carbs and sugars. Simple carbs and sugars are toxic to the system, and you absolutely can cut down on them. Complex carbs and sugars are what your body relies on, and if you cut those, you are very likely to end up with multiple deficiencies + feeling awfully shitty because of it. When people say to "cut out carbs and sugar", they mean the simple ones like bread and white sugar, not complex ones like fruits and vegetables.
Actually that's not true at all, your body can produce its own glucose from fat and protein through a process called gluconeogenesis meaning that carbs are not an essential nutrient at all!
@@E3lx this is true however, this doesn't mean that carbohydrates are not important. Carbohydrates are the body's primary source of energy, particularly for the brain and muscles. While it's true that the body can produce glucose through gluconeogenesis from other macronutrients like fat and protein, it's not the most efficient or preferred way to obtain energy. Also certain types of carbohydrates, such as fiber-rich foods, provide important health benefits, including improved digestion and better weight management
@@PhatHo_eatsrice That's true, complex carbs like vegetables and especially leafy greens and fodmaps are excellent for the gut microbiome and should be consumed for gut health if nothing else however I think the video was mainly referring to processed refined carbs and sugar which serve no purpose and just deliver a deleterious blood sugar spike. The original comment recommended not cutting out sugar saying the body relies on it and I just wanted to say that sugar is actually not essential at all. It's perfectly okay to consume a moderate amount of complex carbs but pure sugar confers no benefits and it's well known that blood sugar spikes are damaging for many aspects of health including the skin
Thank you for busting the cold water/ice facial myths!! I'd also like to add that the cold causes vasoconstriction of blood vessels which can also cause headaches cuz there's blood vessels on the forehead too! plus, why would u wanna minimise the blood vessel to your face? that's horrible.
I cleared my 7 years of acne with just ice. I never believed my mom when she told me to use ice on my face. I still have the scar left on my face. I'm currently using potato juice for scar. I still get acne but not full on breakouts 1 or 2 in few weeks. I used to get 3 acne in one day. I'm so grateful. Never thought this day will come but it came.
Thanks for sharing such an easy skincare routine. It's refreshing to see options that don't involve expensive products. We appreciate you taking the time to educate others on natural remedies. 💚
Tbh you don't need all these products just keep it simple of what skincare you use. There's some products you might have already have. for a morning cleanser. just use - Cetaphil gentle cleaner and for night just use - Cetaphil gentle cleanser, and CeraVe foaming facial cleanser to take-out of oil-pone skin or connation skin like I have if you have. Or, just clean your face with water. if you don't like to use a cleaners in the morning! Apple cider and you can use apple cider as a toner or for breakouts and sensitive skin you have. if you want to use it as a toner use 1/4 cup of apple cider, and you just got to dilute with water. or some ppl like to wash with apple cider on their face. and you can use apple cider as a spot treatment which helps, balanced pH, dark spots, redness, and also can reduce pimples. which just you can use a Q-tip and just dip the apple cider, and dilute with water. Rose water. You can just use that as a toner if you have that. Rice water you can use that a toner. clean the rice for like 2-5 times, and put a 1 cup or 1/4 cup of water for the rice to soak. and let it sit for 30mins. and then, put it into the I call it the "toner bottle" of the rice water, and then put 1 vitamin C of the toner. and if you leave it out for the rice water its only lasts 2-5 days, and if you put the rice water in the refrigerator that can last for 13 days. here's a lot of face masks you can use like: 1 tbsp of plain yogurt, and two teaspoons of honey and leave to 10-15mins which that face masks helps for glowing skin. (once a week only) 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera gel, two teaspoons of honey and leave to 10-15mins which that helps for moisturized face, and helps for irritation/sensitive face. (once a week only) 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera gel, and put 1 vitamin C of the bowl and mix it up and put it on your face on when you about to go to bed. and leave it overnight. which that helps for moisturized face/and glowing skin. (everyday only for when you about to go to bed) Also, you can drink lemon water, or just some plain water, or pure cranberry juice, or cumber water, or cumber/lemon water, or you can drink cranberry/apple cider. For reducing blackheads/whiteheads Use 1 tbsp of cinnamon, and two teaspoons of honey and leave that on your face for like 10-15mins. (do this only 1-2 a week) Icing You can put ice on your face that supposedly helps shrink your pores, blood circulation, smooth skin, etc. Steaming. Which helps to open your pores, or you can just use warm water of your face to open up your pores. which ppl says steam your face for like 15 secs? or so? moisturized your face is the important thing of having your face not to dry up. And also, you don't need to be on a diet just to make your skin clear up. which that does works but we all know that we still going to have breakouts of our face time-to-time of cutting back of food, or not. because its all depends on what products you use on your face and how you manage of it. and also, how you clean your face right. and yes, eating fruits is good for body and face, and boost up your energy. but you can still have junk food only like once a week only. And, also change your pillow cause every week I would say. And, reduce stress is good in general. and if you mad and sometimes walk away, and take some deep breaths, for like 5-10mins, or do some mediation if you mad to relieved on what you're having your stress. or just talk to yourself of your problems, so you can let it out. and sleep always have 8-9hrs sleep in general. periodt no excuse! 🙄 And, never let your emotions get the best out of you! always fight back of it.
Thankyou for this video. Everytime I see in skincare videos is that people recommend using lots of serums and creams. So I started researching what would be best for my skin. The only thing I can't cut out is coffee and sugar. It is very difficult for me to start a day without coffee. Also waking up early and doing yoga really helped me.

5:43 simple way that i've come to determine this is by the fact that they are all a form of exfoliation, and you dont want to apply too many types of exfoliation on your face or it will burn.
The only problem only problem I have is I overthink too much, I have so much pressure, so much that I constantly get headaches, and also the BIGGEST PROBLEM is my addiction to my phone these are the reason why I am not healthy, my hairs are falling! Have dark spots around my eyes, and about skin problems I do have acne but I don't really get pimples, I have those acnes which I always scratch it and also also also I have a skin problem, there are certain parts of my face where I see white colors it's like idk how to explain but I've been seeing them from a very long long time, those are white in color, I call them tubelights because obviously they're not my skin tone color... These are only visible if I don't apply anything on my face, like actually looks like yk like dandruffs, but after I apply moisturizer they still are visible but not like dry like dandruffs
I tried aloe vera on my face and the efects where amazing! My whiteheads wgere reduced after about a week and my skin that was reallyyyyy dry was moisturized better.
i literally love you , I've been struggling with my acne for a long time and I had tiny bumps and wrinkles all over my face , but after using aloe its a lot better condition and it also reduces any inflammation or redness >.
I apply aleovera for one week once a month, I am student so I am generally busy. And trust me no moisturizer can beat the effect of aleovera, even just a week application gives amazing result. I suggest to do it daily. I use to apply mosturizer and it was costly to manage expenses of skincare. So I bought an aleovera plant. I did purchased the numbuzin toner and nicinamide serum and trust me this single plant is a complete skincare package. Give it try you'll love it. In my country it costs around 1.72$ this is the most humble plant doesn't need much care, even if you forget to water it for a week straight, it still be fine.
BE AWAREE!tRemember to soak the aloe vera first for one or two days, because one of its components (aloine) can irritate the skin, right now Im in that situation JAJA, my skin is soft asf but it gaved me pimples,
1. Aloe Vera as a moisturizer or mask (matcha, honey, green tea) 2. Eat clean (get your vitamins, cut out refined carbs and limit sugar intake, drink water) 3. Exercise 4. Don’t sleep with makeup, avoid makeup 5. Change pillowcases 6. Keep it simple 7. Use lukewarm water only 8. Steam
I dont eat dairy , or any junk foods at all. i developed an eating disorder because of my acne and i only drink green tea or lemon water for breakfast or maybe a fruit , but besides that i only eat fruit and vegetables , i dont EVER touch my face or let anything touch my face, i always wash my hand before skincare and my skin is still like dirt. i dont know what to do honestly anymore.
i use niacinamide and benzoylperoxide , i heard that vitamine C can't be conbined with these products that i use but aloe vera is a plant idk how to describe it but i just want to know if its okay for me to use and where can i buy it lmao
GUYS LISTEN ABOUT THE DONT RUBBING ICE ON YOUR FACE I put ice on my face and I got a huge rash but it went away with sudocream but take my advice and DONTT ICE YLUR FACE
I've been using vitamin C serum, adapalene and numerous exfoliants as separate products. Can't believe that I can use aloe vera instead. Gonna try out this skincare routine. Wish me luck!!! XD
I'm so inspired now, can you share what software you use for editing. Ive tried so many in the past few weeks and for now nothing's worked😢😢😢, also i wanted to tell you how amazed i was by how well done your videos are. I usually don't comment but your content is lovely, I've watched the other 2 videos, all I'm thinking is 👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 sending lots of love❤❤
Thanks for your videos it really helps me to get a clearer understanding on the topic. I have oily skin and I’m dealing with acne but to be honest I don’t know what products exactly to buy to treat my skin. Do you have any recommendations for a first time ?
can’t say to much, but my family is struggling rn, so all i have is cold water to wash my face. and tbh it works not as well as warm water but it gets the job done.
I was about to purchase the Holika Holika Aloe 99% Soothing Gel seemed to be a lot of good natural ingredients but then I read “phenoxyethanol”. Is it still good to use on your skin daily? Any other recommendations for a good/safe aloe vera gel?
So guys i wanna share my tips how i cleared my skin in 30 days naturally (pls don't judge my ways i ain't a professional) So that best way to change your skin game is literally food...istg when i started to stop eating fast food and spicy food and started consuming fruits more, like orange, papaya and kiwi my skin literally healed. Second is detox drink when you are healthy from inside then you don't need any skincare products...try detox drink like cucumber lemon and mint leaves water or just lemon water that helps too. Third is drinking a lot of water nothing much to say just do it and see that result on your own And a natural remedy that i used and it transformed my skin was rice mask... nothing to say must use it on your own and see it's magic and i also used natural aelo vera and potato juice to reduce my dark spots (Hope it helped)
i have an unfortunate habit of scratching my face if i am overwhelmed/overstimulated, it makes it so hard to get nice skin D: love your vids, they are very motivating!
I rarely drink coffee but when I do, I never add sugar or milk, I drink it just like that, just coffee. Does it still damages your skin if you drink it like that?
So where do you get Aloe Vera? Do you just go to any store who sells it and buy the plant or do you buy some products having Aloe Vera in it? I would be very happy if u answer ☺️
@@whitefox1902 ive bought a aloe vera plant from a year now its grown alot i just take one leaf (a big one) and cut it from the middle and take the pulp out with a spoon. You can buy a plant from the nursery and let it grow a bit then you can make the gel from it
DO NOT PUT UR FACE IN AN ICY WATER PLEASE, a medical tip from a healthcare provider.. That can cause a nerve shock to ur nerves causing many problems, clogging in vessels and many other things.. please don’t shock ur face or any other part of ur body with a very cold water, stay healthy!
im willing to do almost anything on here except the cutting of sugar and other yummy foods 😭😭ik it's for my health but still they're also kinda the only source of joy in my life and although i have my own philosophy on "eating clean", for now i wanna ask if anyone has tips on how to reduce sugar and eat cleaner, thank u
At the moment of decision, just ask yourself "am i hungry/need energy or am i just craving?" Its obviously okay to consume sugar in a controlled manner!! But its not okay to eat it w/o setting a healthy limit...i just replace sugary foods with fruits whenever i can and it works for me. Ofcourse you have to eat your favourite things if they give you joy
Finally! somebody being "rational" and actually doin' justice with the title...Coz most of the people online recommend tonnes of chemicalised products n then lay it off by saying "natural ways", which is absolutely nerve wrenching...🫡 THANKS GAL!

YOU CAME BACK 😻Tysm for this video I’m totally gonna do it 🤩👍🏼
i litterally love your content so much, its so calming and helpful
BE AWAREE!tRemember to soak the aloe vera first for one or two days, because one of its components (aloine) can irritate the skin, right now Im in that situation JAJA, my skin is soft asf but it gaved me pimples,
Tysm for the hint ❤
0:13 How to make this mask? I have aloe vera plant and I would like to make this gel for my skin
The exfolliants table really helped me
I'm watching this while eating hakka noodles with gobi Manchurian 🥰
Not joking, the raw crystal juice of the aloe pated into the skin till absorbed... Just wonders for the skin
can someone give me like a summary of what she said to do 😭😭
1. Aloe Vera as a moisturizer or mask (matcha, honey, green tea)
2. Eat clean (get your vitamins, cut out refined carbs and limit sugar intake, drink water)
3. Exercise
4. Don’t sleep with makeup, avoid makeup
5. Change pillowcases
6. Keep it simple
7. Use lukewarm water only
8. Steam
@@rue2599 omg tysm ily. im too lazy to watch it smh 🤦🏻♀
YOU'RE BACK OMG!
BTW I'VE BEEN USING SKINCARE PRODUCTS AND ALSO HOME MADE REMEDIES SOME OF THEM YOU MENTIONED HERE. I'M IN THE PROCESS.
i use niacinamide and benzoylperoxide , i heard that vitamine C can't be conbined with these products that i use but aloe vera is a plant idk how to describe it but i just want to know if its okay for me to use and where can i buy it lmao
GUYS LISTEN ABOUT THE DONT RUBBING ICE ON YOUR FACE I put ice on my face and I got a huge rash but it went away with sudocream but take my advice and DONTT ICE YLUR FACE
I also use sudocream but i dont ice my skin i just have it for when i get hurt

can i wash my face with aloe vera gel? loved the video ❤️
Resolve your attack/soil/disfigurement/defilement conflicts
Thanks for your videos it really helps me to get a clearer understanding on the topic. I have oily skin and I’m dealing with acne but to be honest I don’t know what products exactly to buy to treat my skin. Do you have any recommendations for a first time ?
i am no pro.. but i really like products from CeraVe. They are usually priced reasonably (:
I like products from La Roche-Posay especially the cleanser ^-^
can’t say to much, but my family is struggling rn, so all i have is cold water to wash my face. and tbh it works not as well as warm water but it gets the job done.
I loooove your accent and your actual top tier beauty tips
Is aloe Vera good for sensitive skin
YAYYYY I WAITED FOR THIS FOR SO LONG :D ❤️
if anyone wants to know the gel name at 1:14, it’s called Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel
Can you please suggest me one of the best aloe vera gel that can be found in Nykaa?
GIRLLLLLLL your videos help me so so much. NEVER STOP POSTINGGG
How many times do u have to use the aloe? Like is it once daily? Or weekly?
Could you please make a video about hair care and how to archieve long and healthy hair? Pls 🥺
I was about to purchase the Holika Holika Aloe 99% Soothing Gel seemed to be a lot of good natural ingredients but then I read “phenoxyethanol”. Is it still good to use on your skin daily? Any other recommendations for a good/safe aloe vera gel?
I would like to know a possible answer too plssss 🥺
this video has been sooo good!! omg amazing creator
Do you mix all ingredients with aloevera or just 1 or 2.
So guys i wanna share my tips how i cleared my skin in 30 days naturally (pls don't judge my ways i ain't a professional)
So that best way to change your skin game is literally food...istg when i started to stop eating fast food and spicy food and started consuming fruits more, like orange, papaya and kiwi my skin literally healed.
Second is detox drink when you are healthy from inside then you don't need any skincare products...try detox drink like cucumber lemon and mint leaves water or just lemon water that helps too.
Third is drinking a lot of water nothing much to say just do it and see that result on your own
And a natural remedy that i used and it transformed my skin was rice mask... nothing to say must use it on your own and see it's magic and i also used natural aelo vera and potato juice to reduce my dark spots
(Hope it helped)
i have an unfortunate habit of scratching my face if i am overwhelmed/overstimulated, it makes it so hard to get nice skin D:
love your vids, they are very motivating!
How did you get the aloe Vera so smooth
She's backkkk
THE END IS THE BEST LOOOOL ilove ur videos omg
I rarely drink coffee but when I do, I never add sugar or milk, I drink it just like that, just coffee. Does it still damages your skin if you drink it like that?
More videos plssssssssss I feel like you have the potential to become big
Can we use aloe directly by removing it from a plant i already have at home?
Absolutely, that’s even better than store bought because you’re skipping any chemical processing in the manufacturing process
@@VixenOfFire okayy thank you
So where do you get Aloe Vera? Do you just go to any store who sells it and buy the plant or do you buy some products having Aloe Vera in it? I would be very happy if u answer ☺️
@@whitefox1902 ive bought a aloe vera plant from a year now its grown alot i just take one leaf (a big one) and cut it from the middle and take the pulp out with a spoon. You can buy a plant from the nursery and let it grow a bit then you can make the gel from it
@@awxelie Thank you so much for you quick and very helpful informative answer 🫶 you're an angel
How many times a day should you ice your skin? Also, is there a set time when? Would appreciate replies from the creator.
"nature plz sponsor me" IM CRYINGHDJDJD
Also, make sure to change your pillowcase frequently!
How did you make that big glass jar of aloe vera gel ?
I
DO NOT PUT UR FACE IN AN ICY WATER PLEASE, a medical tip from a healthcare provider..
@@ClaireEmm beautiful words

oh my god, your videos are the absolute best!!! could you please make one for exercising too? thank you so much!!
Where can i buy aloe vera??
underrated 💗
Finally! somebody being "rational" and actually doin' justice with the title...Coz most of the people online recommend tonnes of chemicalised products n then lay it off by saying "natural ways", which is absolutely nerve wrenching...🫡 THANKS GAL!
cries in hormonal acne...lol im gonna give this healthier eating thing a try again for the sake of my skin
