I looked around my junk room and wrote down items I could use for a prompt list and there were a lot of things I found. Love when you use a book to find words that turn into a prompt list and I like this way to.

I thought you would include snorkeling in the Red Sea as a hobby, too, although you don’t get to do that very often. But you might see your little seahorse friend if you did. You challenged yourself with so many prompts and surpassed expectations for each. A very lovely layout!

One can always spray cardstock with "Poly" to make it more durable! I haven't done it for a handmade stencil, but I have sprayed cs props for children's programs. Good luck, everyone! This *is* adorable, Barbara! The sand is so pretty! The beaches we go to are the white ones! We call it ,"sugar sand!" I have some I brought home to craft with!
This is a great way to recycle the prompts. I have been working along with Junk Journal January, but when I am finished I’m going to cut apart my prompt list and put them in a jar to use in the future.

Once seahorses wrap their tail around something, they will hardly give up. That's why seahorses are a great symbol of persistence and patience. Seahorses remind us of the importance of a support system or someone to rely on when the “waves” get too rough. 😃
@@49dragonflies that's great. I didnt know that. When my son Ryan was about 8 he found a dried seahorse on the beach and gave it to me. I still have it. They are such fascinating little creatures.

In regards to the star stencil, you said you printed out different starts on copy paper and sandwiched it between laminating sheet. After doing that, how did you cut out the stars from the laminating material?

Great project! If you use card stock for your stencil then either rub oil or wax on the card stock, it will last a very long time.
