Great top 8 thank you for the coverage! My only gripe, if you're going to list the individual games and timestamps in the description I suggest listing "Finals" and maybe even "Quarter Finals" as just that title, without the names of the players there. Kind of spoiled the top 8 finalists for me when I went to go look 😂. Either way thank you!
@@natchd no idea what you consider average or top level then but mans prolly been around in the communty for longer than you and me both. His commentary has always been factually correct and precise. Does he not scream and shout enough? Whats the problem here?
@@Thermalfusi0n his voice is grating and he launches into meaningless tangents too often. anyone can develop a good foundational knowledge of how the game works so they can commentate accurately, that isn't anything special. he has passion and he works hard and that's great, but i just wish he would do something else. i'm hating because i can. feelsgoodman
@@natchd I understand the voice is grating issue, beacuse some people obviously don't like that. For me personally it's fine, and adds a bit of personality amongst typical white american-accent commentators. His "tangents" are by no means meaningless. He uses them as a chance to tell a story about specific situations with the players, characters all some move that's been shown on screen. These can help newer players, or people who are unfamilar with a specific situations or player rivalries. Also, the mans a super OG, and been around commentating longer than some of us have been alive. He used to make FAQs back in the day, on many differenet fighting games that have helped many, many people out. He's highly knowledgeable on fighting games as a whole, and is a good commentator in a sea of mediocrity. Just because you don't like him or his voice, doesn't mean he needs to leave.

I think you need to put 00:00 in the description for the timestamps/ "chapter" to appear on the video
This tournament was too sick! I enjoyed every moment of it! Good games!
Why do so few love Blanka? Doesn’t anyone realise how hard it is to be green…
Im liking David's shirt with the taino sun 💪
that Juri Zangief match was over before it started
Sadly. Here's to hoping they make Zangief viable again in SF6.
I just got into this game in prep for 6
Decent Top 8 🎉
Marine
Never heard of her, but she's super good. Hope to see her again in future tournaments.
Top 3 Juri costume for the thumbnail hood stuff
The guys in the bottom top 8 got a little medal and a check for 32.40 lmao not even enough for a decent steak meal.
Wait, this game has more than a "training stage"???!??!??
LMAO. Yeah, Capcom banned the trainning stage in majority of events.
